The wedding was much more intimate than originally planned with close friends and family. Jamie Lyn did an awesome job planning the venue change and moving everything around. She was prepared and communicated everything weeks before the wedding so I knew exactly what to expect when I got there. She sent over pictures and videos explaining exactly where I would be setting up and where the power was located. Also organizing timed load ins so no vendor felt they were in the way of the other vendor. On the day of the event everything ran super smooth. All the guests felt safe and you could tell they had a blast. Jamie Lyn was key to the success of this wedding and I hope to work with her again soon. For the first two months of our engagement, I attempted to do the planning all by myself. Given that I had a tight budget but a large (250-ish) guest list, I easily got overwhelmed. All of that went away with just one phone call with Becca. Within a few months, we broke down the budget, booked a venue, and interviewed photographers/videographers. Becca handled all the calls, scheduling, and negotiating. It was absolutely wonderful! She just kept things moving that I never felt stressed during the planning the process.
