They give pretty good advice if you are looking for something in particular. Even though this is a high-end store, the sales ladies here are not in the least bit pretentious. That's one thing I really love about this store. Often when you enter high-end shops, you are met with sales associates who have their noses stuck up in the air. You will find that is not the case here. I pop in here often just to see what new styles they have, even if I'm not planning on making a purchase. Not only do I love the MK bags, but I love MK shoes. I don't wear heels anymore and MK has a very nice selection of flats. Some of the best I have found. Cute flats I can actually wear that don't look like something my grandma would wear. Good sales can be found here on occasion too. Even if you don't think you can afford MK, pop in here and have a peek around. Oh, and the store smells of brand new leather! Upon entering I was greeted and immediately felt very comfortable. The shop keeper was updating displays and apologized for any disarray. I assured her that everything looked great and I only had a few minutes to shop but loved her store. Each item was made with great quality and displayed so nicely. I tried on a great lightweight jacket that would be perfect for day or night, summer evenings or an autumn picnic. I also tried some very comfortable leggings that could also be dressed up or down. The shop offers many different styles and the prices were very good considering the high quality. This is a wonderful little jewel in San Marco.

We were impressed with the quality of items, the prices and the variety of colors and sizes. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.

Luckily, they also know the method to the madness. I tell them I am looking for skirts and they can tell me if they have any or not. If they do, they can also take me directly to them. The racks are also really close together. This is not a good thing because it makes it not so handicapped accessible. If you're in a wheelchair or use a walker, then you're going to have to ask the employees to start moving clothing racks just so you can move around the store. 3 stars because this store is truly just "A-OK." One thing I adore is that Torrid has the old fashioned dressing room policy I don't see many other places with the ladies actually helping you out. Such a bonus when shopping alone. They will go and bring you other sizes, etc., so you don't have to keep dressing and running back out and in again.

As I get older, I notice the styles at Old Navy align more to my current style in comparison to my early 20s.

This store has a great inventory of product on hand and does a really nice job rotating seasonal items in and out. I particularly like the out rotation of items that find themselves on the clearance Rack sometimes at bottom basement prices! I go right for that men's clearance rack upon entering the store which mind you is always clean and well staffed. Recently we've gone during the peak periods and the register lines get pretty backed up but love that when this happens you can always count in hearing that announcement for "all staff to the front registers!" The line moves pretty well and it's worth the wait especially since Old Navy gives a decent military discount. I'll continue to be a regular customer and recommend that you check out Old Navy for some good old fashioned sales clearance item shopping!

The second time, I came in here looking for white tube socks for nursing school. It is required uniform item for my scrub uniform when completing my clinical hours. I purchased three pairs of Stanley-brand socks for $2.49. They are good quality and will likely last for the remainder of my program time. I was happy about the purchase! I went here around 7:45 PM and the store had five customers shopping. Three of which, including myself, were waiting in line. The cashier was having a personal conversation while ringing me up. Somewhat rude, but the cashier was able to efficiently complete her work and gave a genuine customary "have a good night." There are no mirrors in personal changing room only in common area. So I stepped out to see the fit of a dress I tried on, came back and my personal clothes along with store pieces were collected without me knowing. I asked around and the employees returned them to me including a shirt that was the wrong size from what I originally picked out. (Which was the only item I ended up wanting to buy). Since it was the wrong size they offered to have the right size delivered to me but not informing me of the additional shipping costs. In the end having my clothes taken and paying more than what I originally planned ruined my first experience shopping here.
