I decided to come here for its convenient location and great reviews, and I'm so glad I did. The store is fairly small, but it's very clean, efficient, and packed with a ton of cool supplies. There is ample parking and all the workers are extremely kind and helpful. I bought a bale of timothy hay, and the friendly workers outside helped bring it out and load it in my car. The bale was humongous, the price unbeatable. The hay has a lovely scent, texture, and color. I can clearly see the quality difference compared to the packaged Oxbow hay sold at pet stores, and as further proof, my rabbit went for the new hay immediately. Since my car was too small, the hay bale couldn't fit, and two workers proceeded to try various solutions to accommodate. They laid down cardboard in my car without me asking, to minimize the amount of scattered hay. In the end, they cut the hay bale into two smaller batches, secured one in the trunk, and gathered the rest in a box for my backseat. Everybody was incredibly nice and patient the entire time despite my car giving them so many issues. They also gave me advice on how to transport the hay once I got home. Everyone in the area should definitely come here for their farm supply (and bunny hay) needs!! I look forward to returning.

I had to look up incubator/propagator everywhere, and I think for Home Depot, they sell them in bulk and have to be ordered for pick-up in store. Anyway, we went to Walmart and the Dollar Tree, and I don't think they had it. This store has a little bit of everything from 99.9% alcohol, 30% vinegar, fertilizers, seeds, fans, dehumidifiers, pruners, etc. They also have Clonex in 1 qt, 1 gallon, and 5 gallons, as well as in mist form. It has a distinct smell, but the employee was friendly and chill. We have been using the supplies we got here to clone some plumbagos and coffee berry plants. The goal is to also try to clip some Mexican elderberries, too. There is a lot of moisture, though, so definitely make sure to vent properly. My friend got me some shears here, and I believe they are $7. I haven't used them yet, but I will update once I do, and hopefully we will be back because he said some of the stuff is decently priced.

Her knowledge of the products is on another level (and there's a lot of selection at a great price) . Jess didn't just answer my questions, she anticipated them, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and clearly has a deep understanding of everything they carry. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need, not just making a sale. What made the experience unforgettable, though, was how she treated me as a customer. Jess has this rare ability to make you feel completely seen and acknowledged from the moment you walk in. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make me feel completely taken care of. It never felt rushed or transactional (even though it was close to closing)--she created such a positive, enjoyable, comfortable, and exceptional experience. It's rare to come across someone who combines such high-level expertise with genuine warmth and care. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. Angelus Direct is lucky to have her and I anticipate coming back thanks to the great products here and the fantasticly amazing customer experience.
