I last saw Britney and she was able to squeeze me in even after a scheduling error on my part. Quick, efficient, and always helpful. The results do truly vary - I've been doing laser hair removal for about 2 years now (at a place before this and now for almost a year at this location). It is not a magic solution after X number of sessions to be totally hairless, it does require continued follow up. However, the results at ALS were apparent right away compared to the last place I was going, so they do have good equipment and technicians! Would recommend considering for your lasering needs.

They change appts on me when I made and paid someone to watch her till this day I never even told them that each time. Someone quits the change my appt it costs me but that wasn't. The problem. Their customer service is a lie the truth comes out when things actually how you treat your customers? They said Sarah is no longer with us I said I " m I going to be seeing that mean lady again. They next thing I knew got this long email we terminating your relationship with us. I was like in the middle of my treatments ? I called them no answer nothing . I had questions about my refund which is not the point it's the ethics about what you say and what your business does. It seems like the owner has made enough money and when she is in a bad mood she just takes it out on the clients . Lost an employee lets fire the client because the client has no rights to ask if I am going to be seen by a dirty person who rushed me didn't get the areas covered that I paid for wasn't trained because I knew which areas are covered. It's like you go to eye surgery they take the wrong eye ball out? It's. It's a joke. They are nice and fake but when real situations hit they don't know how to handle it so the easiest thing is fire you and no businesses ethics I am sure they will change the name of the business soon because it's going down hill. They can't keep good employees if you don't treat your employees right just like Walmart you are replaceable well we are not at walmart . This is our face body and we have rights as patients but not here they own they can do what ever they wasn't to . So I would never recommend it. Because I don't like changing jumping bed to bed and my face and body means a lot to me and for them to just act based on emotions and them having a bad day is sickening. I am actually glad now that they fired me because I found a better place.. Just firing over nothing ruins your entire investment because your treatments are stopped without notice and to find an other place all that it's just a bad experience. He said the doctor's "losing money" on memberships and tried to upsell me to $179/month. Instead of honoring what I paid for, he wanted to charge me more. She insisted that I should add 10 more units to soften up my forehead. I told her that the 20 units at my previous place (Skinspirit) uses 20 and does it all. She said that no way and needed 30. I just said sure and we got to it. She cleaned my forehead and had me make expressions to ensure she saw where she needed to treat. Poke, poke, poke and done! I went out and went to the checkout. The gentleman working helped get me squared away. I did ask for my receipt and he said that he would email it....NEVER received it. They had no one but me in salon, and a man walked in while I was walking out but it seemed to be such a rushed process. Especially once I didn't seem interested in their monthly $139 program. A week later and the botox has settled. My forehead is good to go, but the ONE area that I requested to be treated IS NOT. I noticed this days before the week came up but wanted to give it time. I called and was told that I had to not got the dosing right and need more. WHAT A JOKE! I was told that they could get me in today but I needed to pay for the units for the only spot I asked to be treated. He continued to say that I must've needed more and ultimately trying to blame me. He kept offering the 4:45 time and I told him that I would not be coming in to pay for something that I specifically asked to be treated for on my first appointment and it was the esthetician error. Please all STEER CLEAR and go to Skinspirit in downtown Austin and book Cece Davis! This was an expensive ($320) lesson and I will NEVER be back to this spa.
