I would recommend anyone in south central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland who have any interest in bicycles or Fitness to drop in and see for yourselves. There are numerous bicycles for sale including for young children with any accessory you can think of. Even the 3 cute dogs there today were friendly. I particularly enjoyed Buddy, the muscular French Poodle, but I digress. I'm fairly certain that they have regular and e-bikes ( my favorite) for rent with which to visit the adjacent Gettysburg Battlefield. Please do stop in and see. A variety of bike racks are for sale, so you can strap your new purchase onto your vehicle if you choose. You won't be disappointed, I promise!

Everyone was hungry and thought we'd have to make a 40 min round trip to drop off and pick up the bike. The shop told him there was no need to leave and they'd have it done in five minutes. The repair was done faster than the cashier could check him out. He even adjusted his pedal.

This store is not as big as the Towson store, but had a clearance item section that I was very much interested in. I did not find any new buys or likes. I returned a couple items that didnt fit from my purchase yesterday; which was very quick and effortless. I will return in the future as I have options instead of only Towson location nearest to me.

Went in to get a lower end bike fixed. I get it it's a bike shop and they sell and fix more…read moreexpensive bikes but I was trying to get this bike through the last few weeks of summer for my child. I explained the issue. I know they were short staff and it was busy , my plan was to drop it off and pick it up whenever he said it was done (I was cool with a few days no biggie). Pretty much told me it wasn't worth fixing it's a cheap bike and I should use it for parts. I'm well aware the bike was cheap. Didn't give me a price so I could make a decision myself and it honestly felt as if he just didn't want to be bothered and had better stuff to do. No problem I was in the market for a bike for myself and my wife in the near future. Had no problem spending several hundred dollars. Will never come back to this place buy anything from here or have anything serviced. This is my second and last unpleasant experience here.
