Never knew this place was here and was such a sweet find. The smell from fresh popcorn drew us in, and our whole group found things to be nostalgic about and new treats to try. Loved that we could sample any and all flavors of the popcorn; the choices are limitless! The service was super friendly and welcoming.

Really good ice cream. Not sure if it was home made but it tasted like it. Got the caramel apple flavor and it had little apple chunks in it. Long wait time though. At least it smelled delicious inside and they had lots of knick knacks lining the walls to fiddle with.

I don't know how I hadn't visited simple treasures before. This is a cute little place! When we walked I. We were greeted right away (which is always a big plus in my book). We tried some samples of ice cream and different popcorn flavors. There are so many of them. We finally settled on cheese bread and cheddar! Both were fantastic! For our drinks we had old fashioned sodas and loved watching the girl open them with the bottle opener! It was a simple and amazing. I love feeling not only welcomed but as if my business matters. Swing by and enjoy some popcorn and ice cream!

Located right in the heart of downtown Summerville, this shop is exactly as it's titled, a treasure. My daughters and I took a lovely walk through the shops and ended up here. The employee working late that night was Hannah; she was an absolutely joy! I cannot remember the last time I had that great of customer service. She provided us with countless samples of popcorn and ice cream and waited patiently while we made our choices. She told us all about the different treat they have there which made it so we knew we had to come back again. There are so many goodies to try! Always a smile on her face, she made our night very special and we can't wait to bring the rest of our family here. I have to add that they also carry darling treats for doggies. Grain free! They also make an ice cream for our canine friends, as well. This place could not be more awesome. I shouldn't mention that pets are not allowed in the store, but I don't think they'll mind when they get their paws on those goodies. I can't wait to go back and bring my Zoey back a treat. She has allergies to grain so I especially appreciate their attention to those details.

I scream. You scream. We all scream for...Ice cream? Candy? Popcorn? Anything involving sugar!? Yep. Simple treasures has it all. See above. But more. Located on Short Central in Summerville, you'll find everything a sugar tooth can crave. With ample seating, this original downtown candy store will make your inner child ( or child) the happiest kid in town. Cozy up to the ice cream counter or enjoy dozens of different flavors of popcorn. This vintage stop, right around the corner from the parking garage, will bring a delight to you and your family.

Really love this place and location, all it adds to the downtown atmosphere, and supporting local. We got two scoops each in deeelicious waffle cones. The reason cannot rate it higher is because although I realize the ice cream is home made, and I occasionally make my own ice cream as well, is very pricey. I understand everyone's got to pay rent and charge accordingly, but only go here on occasion if someone else is treating because our treats described above were $16 in total. And ouch. If you can afford this on the Reg, more power to you! And by all means, still go! Just writing this in hopes of preventing massive sticker shock ;)

This place is great for some really cool old time treats and some new ones too. They also carry like thirty different flavors of popcorn. The fun part you can sample as many flavors as you'd like before you commit to purchasing one or two flavors. I purchased salt and pepper popcorn and rocky road fudge - the fudge was amazing!! Omgosh I almost forgot I also purchased a mango champagne ice pop that was sooo delicious. You can taste the freshness and even see the pieces of mango in it. As for the popcorn it was fun tasting the flavors, all of the savory and sweet flavors were definitely delicious but keep in mind because you can sample their cost is higher than your store bought popcorn. Did I mention they have MaryJane candy...yum!

Staying at a hotel in Summerville and these happened to be in the lobby. Smart thinking. I bought a some to try and am glad I did. Haven't been to the store to check out what they offer, but I definitely will soon! I would definitely recommend!

Great candies ice cream super fun come in here and check it out. Brand new shop.

The popcorn was very stale and had a chemical taste to it. We would not recommend or go back.

Sweeteeth Chocolate makess high-quality chocolates and bon bons with unique flavor pairings. All of their products are made by hand and do not contain any preservatives. Sweeteeth was started by John Eric Battles, an Alabama native who previously worked at EVO Pizzeria here in Charleston. While working at EVO, "Johnny" created these treats that quickly spread through Charleston and can now be found all around the country. Their best bar is the Sea is for Caramel: 62% dark chocolate, smooth caramel, and sprinkled with sea salt. It's incredible to say the least. Don't even look at the price tag -- it's worth every hard-earned penny. I also really like the Cinnapsis: milk chocolate with chewy cinnamon apple bits and crunchy, candied pecans. Each bite of this bar is different, depending on how much apple or candied nut is in your bite. The PB&C bar (peanut butter with smoky chipotle pepper) is different. The peanut butter tastes very natural but the smokiness throws you off. Get your paws on a Sea is for Caramel bar. Immediately.

It was love at first taste, thanks to the Indie Craft Experience in Atlanta. I left that day with a salted caramel dark chocolate bar in hand, but knew that I needed more. Santa to the rescue! He brought me the chocolate sampler pack, a bunch of salted caramel dark chocolate bars, and salted caramel sauces. I mean, I have been OD'ing on chocolate and caramel for months now. But I've been good this year, and I've been sharing my chocolate with co-workers. Everyone loves this stuff-- it's like crack drips out of the salted caramel bar or something. I don't know what it is, but it's magical. Do yourself or someone else a favor and order some Sweeteeth. Or at least go to their website and admire the pictures of their chocolate bars.
