A little while later, a single crack reappeared. I contacted the company via the form and waited about a week. I then contacted the company via the email on the website and the owner's email. Still no reply. Mind you it took 4 hours to respond to my very first email asking them to do the job. I only received a phone call on 14 July after I posted a Google review about the poor workmanship/non-response/defects. I volunteered to remove the original Google review and was told someone would call the week of 18 July to come take a look. On 18 July, the owner agreed via email to 3:00 on Wednesday 20 July. I get an email at 5:09 that day apologizing for not stopping by. Fine. This is not life or death right? I agreed to reschedule for the same time on Friday 22 July. It is now almost 6:00. No text, no phone call, no email, no show. Thankfully I am teleworking, but what if I took time off from work?! I DO NOT recommend this company. I thought I was being more than considerate/reasonable/flexible because things come up, traffic is horrendous, etc. but this is beyond unprofessional.
