I explained that my heat was not working full-speed but was not to the point of freezing pipes. He advised that I could wait until the Monday after the Holiday Weekend (to avoid emergency fees) and I did. When I called back on Monday, I initially received an appointment for the following day. However, I was subsequently notified that they had a cancellation and promptly snagged that opportunity. The person taking calls was very helpful, professional and pleasant. Sami came out and promptly diagnosed the problem, reported back with a price for the part (which I approved) and installed/repaired my furnace within a few hours. I was very relieved and the price was also relatively reasonable. I would definitely recommend and would call upon Shamy's again for any heating or AC issues.
