DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY"!!!…read more I have given them plenty of opportunity to make this right. The owner, Joe, continues to change his story and back out of promises. They will take your money up front but refuse to stand behind their work. I had several concerns immediately after my floor was installed. I was reassured that they would stand behind their product and workmanship if any issues were to arise. Sure enough my early concerns became a reality. I have contacted them by phone and email several times and have not had a response. Was told on the phone they would call me back but haven't yet. They worked really hard to get my money but aren't willing to even talk to me about my concerns now. Their slogan is "We don't want all the business...just your business." Well they should change it to "We don't want to screw everyone...just you!" Very disappointed by a company I initially trusted and spoke highly about!

There are ruts and divots everywhere that I'm not sure how to even repair at this point. They have stated that they will bring out the hand/push fertilizer machine, but they don't seem to remember to do it. They were going to come out two weeks ago after contacting me and still haven't shown up. I prepaid for a year but it seems like I have to do a lot of work to get this done properly. I could spend less time if I just did it myself.
