Came back at 12:15 PM (15 minutes of wiggle room), but was again told the owner is still not there so there is no food. She does not know where the owner was and she is sorry about the situation. This would be at least okay if they just close the place down. At least it would have saved me 45 minutes of waiting. Instead they decided to open when they can't provide the service. The wings could be a little bigger but they are really good and cooked perfectly. I've never been at this location when it's busy but they do have a lot of foot traffic picking up to go orders.
