Simple Simon's?? They should have named it Basic Simon's because they're selling some basic ass pizza. I paid 16 bones for a large pineapple and ham. What I got was a medium with some pineapples and ham with a thin Vail of cheese. I bet this place use to be in Texas but since they're pizzas had to be bigger by demand. They opted to moving across state line so they could sell their small pathetic pies. They advertise on their box that it's got a Secret Recipe Sauce. What's secret is they don't tell you which canned sauce they use. Famous Custom Crust- what in bloody hell is custom about it? You couldn't even stretch it out enough to make it into large. To be quite frank the girls working there look as miserable as the pizza. Now you might wonder, "Why John must you go about the country thrashing on people's pizzerias'!?" I'd say it's productive criticism to tell somebody their pie sucks. Besides I'm out here looking for the best pizza I can have the pleasure of consuming. And most people don't want to be the best they're okay with average. I say be average! I've eaten the very best and the very worst. From terrific homestyle pizzas and phenomenal slices of heaven near the beach. To the utterly worst, thin square pizza's that can best be described as a mudflap. So hear me now! Your pie sucks! Step up your game lame with your hamburger helper pizza. Your pie is as fake as a lunchable. Anybody can use breadstick dough to make a pizza. Why is the tomato sause so watered down it's got no flavor. Y'all probably pinching and bargainin' for the toppings y'all want the Dollar General pineapple to last. The worker made a mistake on my order no big deal....when I called back they said "I was wrong" and "that I ruined my own order" then she told me "what do you want me to do?" Well, we were going to get something to eat here, but when I walked in the door the lady was so rude and didn't want me to use her restroom. My fiancé was in the car looking at the menu on yelp . I've never experienced anything like this before. I walked in the door, the lady stood in front of me and said "do you have an order" very rude, and I said "no but I'd like to use the restroom" and she said "we're not doing that"and told me to leave. But I wanted to look at the menu and see about ordering a pizza, so it's very strange to be treated this way. This is definitely the rudest person I've encountered in the past year since I moved to Oklahoma. This place looked almost out of business probably not long until that happens. read more

Very rude customer service. I place an order and I received wrong pizza. Then they hand it off to another customer at drive thru. Very bad business considering someone could've touched or contaminated it. Then I wait another 40 minutes for the wrong pizza again. Then the so called manager calls me high maintenance lol. No lady it's lack of common sense. We want what we pay for. Also while waiting almost an hour for a pizza they forgot another customers order and did not know how to refund it. And not happy nice did I see anyone wash hands after touching money or register. Will never come back or recommend this place. And to top it off she follows me out the door telling me to never come back. A few choice words were said. And kids these days want more money for working. Customer service was great! I ordered a large original mushroom & bacon pizza. They ladies made it perfect. Perfectly cooked, evenly distributed the toppings, just the right amount of cheese and sauce. I also like that the sauce didn't taste watery or sweet like at some of the pizza chains around the US. Horrible Customer service. I am a trucker and was coming to get some food with my wife. As I was pulling in a young woman or kid came outside yelling at me saying I couldn't turn around in there lot. I ordered an original Calzone (Pepperoni, Sausage, Cheese, Buttery Gold Bread) for $9.99. It definitely serves two people. It beat my expectations! I got a side of Marinera sauce for 54 cents. They charged us $7 for 7 water cups and after I ordered the pizza I said thank you and she just rolled her eyes at me and said nothing, pizza was mediocre at best and the water tasted like sewer water and the marinara was ice cold for our bread sticks we ordered. Stopped here after traveling for several hours. We were looking forward to some decent pizza and getting back on the road. Unfortunately we were disappointed. When we walked in the girl at the counter had her back to us and as we continued to stand there to order she never turned around. Finally a girl that was cooking came over to take our order but never spoke she just stood at the register and looked at us. We placed our order and sat down. While waiting an eternity for our cheese sticks and pizza with only one person in the place. A woman comes in to not order but chat. Apparently from the loud conversation she was one of the girls mother. The other customer finally received his order and was given a plate from the salad bar. The loud conversation from the woman and the 3 people working continued. We finally received our pizza before our cheese sticks and were told if we wanted plates we could get them from the salad bar. I am giving this place a 2 for decent soda and free refills. The food was almost inedible. And the woman's restroom was decently cleaned (which is more than I can say for the rest of the place). read more
