Making an appointment through yelp was fairly easy and they contacted me within the hour. Was able to schedule appointment for the next day. The lady doing my mom's hair seems very nice and professional. She is doing the color, cut and blow dry. She's paying careful attention to my mom's hair and my mom has already expressed her happiness. Everyone here is helpful. What a great find. I'll be taking pics of her after results when she's done. So far so good.

She's not only a master stylist but also intuitively and skillfully knows exactly what your hair needs. Those of us with curly hair often have miserable hair cut stories and I am one of them, but after my experience, my fears have been put to ease. I feel confident and love my hair! I don't get a haircut often, but when I do, Leo is the only one I trust now with a cut. She pours love into each and every strand of hair; It's evident she genuinely loves what she does and that speaks volumes. The salon itself is cute and the team is very welcoming and kind. The healthy plants and sweet art definitely contribute to the cool, laid-back salon vibes. I booked two appointments with her, and she passed my daughter off to an older lady that claimed she could do a wolf cut, but then said repeatedly that it's just long layers. That is not what a wolf cut is and not what my daughter got. Then she asked for a review so here it is.

I asked for a total of 40 minutes, as my grey hair requires longer processing, but she firmly refused. After washing my hair, she handed me over to another stylist. As I suspected, my grey hairs were still visible, confirming the dye wasn't left on long enough. I called the salon the next day to explain the issue. I had already paid over $150 that day for the color and a blow dry. I requested to return so the stylist could fix her mistake, but she was unhappy about it. When I came back, I asked if she could blow dry my hair after correcting the color. She became upset and said it would cost an additional $50. But the day I came in initially I paid for blow dry and now having to dye my hair again it would ruin my blow dry. She should have corrected her mistake. During the service, she physically pushed my head while blow drying, causing me pain and anxiety. The blow dry lasted only five minutes, leaving my hair still wet, and when I questioned her, she yelled at me. At that point, I asked her to stop and left. This behavior--rushing a service, refusing to correct a mistake properly, and physically harming a client--is unacceptable. No one should experience this. I'm sharing this so that the salon can address this behavior and prevent it from happening to anyone else. I hope the salon takes steps to: * Ensure clients receive full services they pay for. * Properly handle corrections or issues caused by staff errors. * Hold staff accountable for respectful and safe client interactions.

When I arrived Dianna was working on a customer but she was finishing up so my waiting time was max 5 min. ( which is not bad IMO) When it was my turn I told her that I desperately need a haircut. Instead of the Bob she asked me if I rather do layers since some of the split ends were not only on the bottom. I told her yes, might as well get it done properly. She was fantastic. I absolutely love my hair now. It looks like a layered Bob :) I only got a cut since I prefer to style my hair myself, I went home and showered and I am in love with the cut. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt people should see what $110 got me here…read more I had to stop the service mid-appointment because basic nail prep was not being done. I work with my hands for a living, and my nails genuinely needed proper cleaning and prep before tips were applied. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly ask for basic prep work while being made to feel uncomfortable for speaking up. The tips were then applied with excessive glue/product underneath the nails, leaving thick chunks underneath that make the nails difficult to properly clean. When I expressed concern, I was told the glue "had to be there" to make the nails strong. I have been getting my nails done for decades and have never had a technician argue with me for not wanting large globs of hardened glue underneath my nails. When I said I wanted to stop the service, I was told "let me fix it," but the issues were never actually corrected. The nail lengths and shapes were inconsistent, the filing/shaping was uneven, and there were visible imperfections, debris, and rough edges throughout the work. I also had concerns about sanitation. The UV lamp being used appeared dirty and damaged, and the drill/e-file bits looked visibly unclean between clients, which made me increasingly uncomfortable during the appointment. She paid close attention to every detail, especially my request to retain length, and was always transparent about how much she was cutting, which I really appreciated. She was also so easy to talk to and incredibly thoughtful, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable, whether that meant offering coffee or water or making sure nothing hurt. Her scalp massage while washing my hair felt heavenly and truly elevated the experience, making it feel so luxurious. In addition to her amazing work, the location itself was beautiful, clean, and such a lovely space to be in, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
