A lady sitting next to a friend i brought, suggested we should leave after an interaction like that and that she also would not be returning after seeing her treat a customer like that. so the owner just literally lost 3 costumers today bc of that interaction.

I got a pedicure with gel polish and a French tip for $57, and Sandy got a gel manicure for $40. My pedicure was done by Annie, and she was so sweet and attentive! She really took her time and made me feel special and cared for. What I appreciated most was that she kept checking in with me and told me multiple times that if there was anything I didn't like, I should let her know because it was her job to fix it and make sure I was happy. That made me feel very comfortable and like she genuinely cared about the quality of her work. My pedicure took approximately 50 minutes, and I never felt rushed.
