I was able to find the herbs I needed for my allergies and restock on some tinctures. They even have small a healthy food section with natural snacks, gluten free items etc. Every town should have one of these vitamin and supplement shops. P.S. Travel Tip: they also have local honey which if taken at about a spoon a day for a week will relieve you of local allergies. .

It sucks having to go to one store for produce, another for bulk beans and spices and things... Instead of having dry goods in bins, everything here is wrapped in plastic. Animal- and environment-maiming plastic. Come on!!!! There's a much more reasonably priced and better quality selection of organic produce than at WF or Kroger. A good selection of gluten-free grains and baking flours, as well as GF snacks, cereals... A crazy amount of vitamins and supplements - one whole side of the store. Lots of nice bulk items you won't find elsewhere, like jasmine tea and cinnamon sticks. Unique chocolates and teas and trail mixes - all kinda fun stuff. Plus they give you a free lady bug bag on your first visit - so nice. --- some things aren't fresh, like berries, daikon; some arent fresh and are way overpriced, like ginger; there aren't some items like red onions, cherry toor cilantro. it was freezing in the store; the classes they offer aren't of interest; the beauty section (shampoo, lotion, solid peetc.) selection isn't great. I mean there are tons of products, and it's great you can sample them, but they're not that great of quality.

However, I LOVE their organic supplements section! They have just about everything I go in looking for; it's an expansive selection of products. Checkout is always quick and I love that they don't use plastic. I sell online a lot so the boxes they give me come in handy later for shipping. Great place!

When I got home, I noticed the second item wasn't present and I will admit I was distracted while I was checking out by talking to my son on the phone. I immediately contacted them when I got home and noticed the discrepancy and their response was a little less then friendly. They treated me as though I was a lying criminal that just wanted something for free. I'm retired Army and I don't even go to the restaurants that offer free meals on Veterans Day so o don't want anything forI just wanted what I paid for. While their prices are good, I'll just pay higher prices elsewhere. UPDATE: Was told by the corporate office on IG that I would be contacted in order to resolve the situation. That was over a month ago. I gave them my number and the best time to contact me. Of course, no phone calls or attempts to resolve the issue so apparently they have no desire to rectify the situation. I am downgrading my review from 2 stars to 1. Not to mention purchasing the organic herbs and spices for cooking and teas at home as well as so many other things. One year, for Christmas, I purchased a variety of the products they carry - including but not limited to hand made soaps and salves, fragrant oils and a number of other items. I put them in a large decorative bag and gave them to my sister's family at Christmas dinner. They loved sorting through them and choosing what they wanted. It was a big hit. Another time, I purchased a gift card there for a friend's birthday. He loves to cook and I knew he would enjoy browsing through the considerable number of organic herbs and spices Emily carries. The emphasis at Righteous Remedies is on health and wellness as well as supporting local artisans and providing a warm, relaxing environment for people just wanting to take a break from the outside world for a little while. Or just to grab an excellent tea on the run. And I have met some really nice people there.

We've been to Kollective multiple times before and specifically came back because we loved our…read moredrinks the last time. We drove all the way from Little Rock to Hot Springs to celebrate my birthday, and I wanted to start my day by coming here for coffee. I understand it's busy. The line was long, but we stood in it like everyone else, waited our turn, and were about to spend $51 on coffee and breakfast for our family. Unfortunately, the gentleman taking orders (mustache and piercing in between the eyes) acted as though we were the greatest inconvenience in the world. As we were deciding what everyone wanted and placing our order, he was visibly irritated, sighing and looking like he was holding back an eye roll whenever we spoke to him. I initially wondered if I was reading too much into his demeanor, but as soon as we walked away, both my husband and my 12-year-old independently commented on his attitude and how uncomfortable the interaction was. When even a 12-year-old notices how annoyed an employee seems to be by customers simply ordering, there's a problem. I don't expect someone working a busy counter to be bubbly or put on a performance for me. But basic friendliness--or at minimum, not making customers feel like a burden for ordering--is a pretty reasonable expectation. If someone dislikes interacting with customers that much, having him be the person taking orders seems like an odd choice. Even worse, the coffee I had specifically been looking forward to wasn't nearly as good as it was the last time we visited. This time it tasted noticeably less rich and almost watered down. My husband did enjoy his matcha, but between the quality of my drink, spending $51 on our order, and being made to feel like an inconvenience simply for placing it, the entire experience was incredibly disappointing--especially as the start of my birthday. We came in genuinely excited to return because we'd had such a good experience here before. Unfortunately, we left feeling like we probably won't be back. -I got a raspberry-rose latte (meh) -Husband got an iced matcha latte (Loved it) -Daughter had a grilled cheese sandwich (she said it was fine, not the best) -Banana bread slice and pumpkin bread slice. Those were pretty good
