Because we live in an HOA, we needed someone we could trust to mow the lawn while we were still hundreds of miles away, and after using Yelp's project quote feature and receiving multiple estimates, The Mowing Magician immediately stood out. What impressed us first was the responsiveness, attention to detail, and overall value. Our property is 1.25 acres with a large sloped front lawn, plus a steep hill beyond a retaining wall in the backyard. To make things even trickier, the house had sat vacant for over 200 days, so there was significant overgrowth - especially in the steep backyard area (see before/after photos). From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. He fit us into his schedule the same week we reached out, proactively confirmed the appointment the day before, showed up exactly when promised, and communicated thoughtfully throughout the process.
