When there were problems due to unexpected issues (as there always are), they came up with great solutions and were always fair and reasonable. After they upgraded the insulation and replaced the HVAC in my house, my utility costs have been cut by over 60% and my home is significantly more comfortable to live in. I've gone from a 3 zone system (with two 3 1/2 ton units) that always had hot and cold zones to a 1 zone system with one 3 1/2 ton unit. It's always the same temperature throughout the house for all seasons and I almost never have to think about adjusting them temperature because it now "just works".
