Shawn totally gave me the rundown on how it worked, sharing so much information with me so I was able to comprehend what was needed. We had a lil hiccup with our report, it required our plans to be modified, which he took the extra steps to help us overcome. When there were problems due to unexpected issues (as there always are), they came up with great solutions and were always fair and reasonable. After they upgraded the insulation and replaced the HVAC in my house, my utility costs have been cut by over 60% and my home is significantly more comfortable to live in. I've gone from a 3 zone system (with two 3 1/2 ton units) that always had hot and cold zones to a 1 zone system with one 3 1/2 ton unit. It's always the same temperature throughout the house for all seasons and I almost never have to think about adjusting them temperature because it now "just works". Last year we had the house painted, fumigated for termites, and then I realized we needed all of the insulation pulled and attic and crawl space cleaned. With the initial work - I would definitely get up in the attic and check all of it, as well as crawl under the house to verify the work, as I had to have them come back out two more times to complete the cleaning process. I would highly suggest the company invests in full portable lighting to see the entire area instead of using headlamps as too much can be missed. Insulation installation will be done at a later time.
