My neighbor recommended that I called TNT and I'm so glad I did, this is one of the most honest run companies in such an industry that is crippled with scam artist. The Tech Team on time was well-dressed and extremely clean and fix a lot of stuff on my unit for free and only had to do a minimal part replacement. I can't recommend them enough I signed a service contract with them so I have nothing to worry about for the rest of the year. While the unit needed to be replaced, AHSW only wanted to band aid the issue. Montgomery Coastal Cool also got on the phone with me with the AHSW and both of us were frustrated with their responses. Montgomery Coastal Cool came out and inspected my unit. They worked on the unit and got it working. After working with the warranty coverage only to figure out that they are the rip off, I decided to go ahead and replace the unit. Otherwise, I would just be doing service call after service call. Montgomery was responsive, pro-active and checked back on the install of the unit. I had two thermostats (Sensi) which allowed me to remotely control the temperature that they installed at the same time. Robert and the team were prompt and did a great job. I would recommend them and plan to reach out when I have to replace the 2nd unit. It's been one year with my new AC and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Montgomery Coastal Cool.
