This is the WORST HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They talk a good game and then send…read moreuntrained technicians; refuse to give maintenance tickets; convince you to do costly air flow tests that are not necessary (got my 92 year old father to pay $500 up front for a test that wasn't needed; a vent was closed and that it why the rooms weren't getting even air flow); do not answer the phone half the time and refuse to provide a report for the $500 test they did as well as refuse to refund any monies to me. I hope this helps other people in the future. This company claims to be veteran owned but no veteran would ever do business like this. They are scamming people out of money and using veteran status to do it!

Fulford To The Rescue!…read more Some friends have been staying at our beach cottage since June 29 without a functioning downstairs air conditioning unit. The company that Installed both units four years ago came on June 19, gave their diagnosis, drafted the funds from our credit cards, and did nothing. We're now seeking a return of the funds paid to the other F- rated company. Today after calling Fulford, they are going to order a new motor for the compressor fan, install an external fan that will allow the unit to function until the motor arrives, and they will fix it! Our friends have endured the heat, but until their scheduled July 9 departure - they will be cool and comfortabl. Thank you Fulford!

We had damper issues with our unit, and I already had a new damper on hand. The technician came…read moreout, confirmed he also believed the damper was the problem, and said he could replace it. After installing it, he came downstairs to tell me everything was working and that he just needed to adjust some wires. About ten minutes later, I could tell something wasn't right. Sure enough, he came back down and said, "Well, the damper blew when I adjusted the wires." He stumbled through an explanation and then said that he and his manager now believed the issue was actually the zone board, and that he would need to get a quote for that. Then he added, "By the way, can I take this damper with me?"--the same damper I paid for--because they "haven't really dealt with these types of systems before" and needed to do some research. Later that day, I received an invoice for $240: * $125 service fee * $90 labor fee This was for a visit where the technician damaged the part I purchased, fixed nothing, and took my damper with him. The next day, I received a quote for the supposed new issue--$680: * $45 return service fee * $383 for a zone board * $210 for another damper So not only were they planning to charge me to come back out to fix something they clearly didn't understand, they were also charging me for a new damper to replace the one they destroyed. I called and spoke with the manager to express my dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the $90 labor charge, considering the technician accomplished nothing and actually made the problem worse. The manager refused. Here's the kicker: I had Odyssey come out afterward. They tested everything thoroughly and confirmed the zone board is completely fine. They replaced the damper, and the system is now working perfectly. They charged me $300 total for the part, service fee, and labor. Fulford Heating and Air was an absolutely terrible experience. They clearly only care about the dollar rather than quality service and their customers. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My neighbor recommended that I called TNT and I'm so glad I did, this is one of the most honest run companies in such an industry that is crippled with scam artist. The Tech Team on time was well-dressed and extremely clean and fix a lot of stuff on my unit for free and only had to do a minimal part replacement. I can't recommend them enough I signed a service contract with them so I have nothing to worry about for the rest of the year.
