Despite a few schedule curveballs I unfortunately had to throw…read morehis way due to my condo closing pushing out by a week (ARGH!); he completed painting my entire condo on time and under his initial quote. There was a significant amount of wall repair (cracked drywall and some minor water damage from a small leak) that Jeff's team completed flawlessly. You'd never know in a million years that there was ever any damage to these walls. Moreover, the paint job is excellent. The ceilings are cut in with complete expertise. Bottom line - The Paint Doc did a fantastic job in only 4 days after we had orignally discussed a week; and the completed work was an extremely fair price (and under the quoted amount!).

Extremely disappointed with the quality of customer care Alex & Sons Painting "provided." The…read moreowner, Alex does not communicate well. He quoted me and explained he was very busy for the month of May. This was fine. He told me that if he could not do the month of May 2023, he would do the first weekend of June. This was a standard conversation, knowing the demand in Spring. After that conversation in the beginning of May, I got *zero* communication from them. No updates if May would work or even confirming the first weekend as promised by Alex. It was complete radio silence. When I say radio silent, I mean completely ghosted by a contractor. Ultimately, I texted Alex asking if he still wanted the job? He finally texted back stating he was was too busy and could not do the job. I waited weeks holding out for this company when I could have found a painting company that could do the job in a timely manner. This has been a horrible experience with this company.

Thank you again Alex, you and your company are a pleasure to work with. 11/3/18 I've attached more pictures now that countertops and backsplash are done. The cabinets look even nicer now!
