Please save your time from coming to this place! If I could give zero stars I would..... So I called on Friday 2/1/19 to make an appt for Saturday 2/2/19 3:30pm. After driving an hr and a half away I got to the address that was given to me 1101 W colonial drive in which was incorrect I called and got connected to Ocoee front desk and a lady named Ash tells me the ultrasound Tech has already left not even being 10 min from my actual appt time. You see if this was an actual medical office that cares like the automated system says they do they should have called like many times I do for the medical office I work at...I hate this place I will never again waste my time here and I'll let everyone else know that. Just know this is ultrasound Tech and office in general only care to go in and make money and leave not about your well being. Have a blessed day. read more

I agree with RC in Clermont...exact same and worse...... Zero stars if I could. I scheduled and confirmed my imaging appointment and showed up 1/2 hr before scheduled time to allow for whatever paperwork I need to update. I completed it online. Then I when I finally did get called back after waiting more than an hour in the front and almost an hour in the back. I got a call while I am in the lobby asking me why I didn't come for my appointment. WTH. The young man in the front tried to offer an apology. There are some serious fundamentals of health and business that place needs to practice. The young lady who attempted to check my creatine level basically stabbed me with the needle. I am not sure if she studied anatomy but my arm is still hurting after being stabbed in my flesh. So another health professional who is nameless because he wasn't wearing a name tag. He was a lot better and had a better be side manner and was able to get the vein on one try. Then when I got ready to go, I had to ask if I was OK to go. Never got any further instructions. Not even when my results would be ready next steps. In addition, the Covid protocols are a lot lacking. I didn't see anyone sanitizing equipment. That place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This place is terrible, they said we didn't need an appointment to come in and do an X-Ray but when we walked in only one other person was in-front of us on the list so why'd we wait over 2hrs to see someone for an X-Ray even as I'm writing this now I'm still waiting with my father so see someone to take he's 72 years old and falling asleep in the waiting room!!!!!! 3 times at this location all horrible experience from checkin issues,being put in system for wrong appointment,given wrong time of appointment.I have always come 1hr before schedule appointment but as always even with appointments waiting time are 1-2hrs long.Staff is very rude & not pleasant (Stephanie is way to much into her cell phone talking about other staff in the mammogram room) & her co worker very not friendly horrible experience every single visit.I will NEVER use this company for any testing.Management/corporate really needs to address the issues here ASAP.Waiting room is extremely overcrowded (will report this higher level) I wanted to take pictures of the waiting room & unfriendly staff.I didn't because this is going agains HIPA violation! I had a really great experience they treated me with lots of care I suffered with bad anxiety and Sabrina was there to give me a lot of emotional support she was superb sweet she event went inside with me for my MRI and stay with me time I was there so I didn't freak out holding my hand while I was been scan I really recommended thank you all sooo much great staff aover all very clean and very fast and effective read more

I had a chest CT Scan done. Check in was quick. I was called to hallway waiting area right away. Technician was great! Here's what was not so great: 2 Dressing Rooms were located in same hallway as wait area. No doors, just a curtain. I put on gown & sat next to a family of 4 who were waiting with 1 patient. After scan, I stood in front of the Dressing rooms wondering which were vacant as there were no signs indicating such. After peaking under curtain I opened one that was vacant. As I was dressing, someone opened my curtain. They apologized but it didn't make the lack of privacy any better. The hallway was crowded with friends/families of patients as I left. Shouldn't they wait in main waiting room? And lack of privacy doors on Dressing rooms with vacant/occupied signs is unprofessional. Needless to say I will be canceling my mammogram scheduled next month. read more

Maybe this is all of their locations, but my experience was with the Ocoee facility. I called to make an appointment and while I was waiting on hold, the message says if you want to make your appt. online, log into their website. The wait was over 10 minutes, so I logged in online to book my appt. I completed the info and picked my preferred times. When you think are done, a message pops up and says that your appt. will not be confirmed until you receive a confirmation phone call. The day before my appt. I still had not receive the confirmation call, so I call the facility to confirm with someone there. The girl I spoke with said that my appt. was not confirmed and when booking online, it is a "request" for an appt. only, not the actual appt. I asked her why they recommend making appts online (while on hold, or on their website) and why isn't this noted somewhere that you cannot confirm when booking online. She recommended against using the online reservation system because of this reason, not that I would ever use it again. Long story short, I could not get an appt., all of their appts are booked until the end of the year. I will look for somewhere else to go in the future. read more

Today I waited to do an MRI for over an hour, after that I went and asked the front desk if it would take longer because I could not wait. She then told me that I would be the next one, it took a little longer and I was called, I thought that I finally will do my MRI and leave that place, but that did not happen, she would direct me to change my clothes and sit in another room. I waited for more than an hour, totaling 2 hours and 15 minutes, finally the technician named Michael Clovis called me, I said I waited for more than 2 hours, how long will it take to do my MRI? he told me about 15 minutes, so I asked why the person who came before me took more than 2 hours, he roughly answered me this is not my business, so I said I would not do my MRI at this place anymore and I would make a complaint from him to the manager. That's when I lost more 30 minutes, because there was no manager or supervisor in that place. I had to talk on the phone, and I honestly did not feel that the person cared about my case. I requested the refund of the money that I paid and the front desk did not know how to do this, she made some calls until someone instructed her. Finally she succeeded. Anyway I lost more than 3 hours and I dint the MRI I will look for another place to do it. read more

If you think you're pregnant, BEWARE! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for some time now. My period was two weeks late, first time being late in 25 years. Pregnancy test were negative. Had ultrasound by a tech whose name starts with a D. Very painful ultrasound. She pressed my stomach sooo hard. I, like a fool, thought it was needed to see, hopefully a baby. She spent so much time pressing my right side. I had sharp stabbing pain right after scan until the next day, then spotting, now bleeding. They say they saw no baby just a fibroid but why press so hard for so long for an anterior fibroid. Ladies, if you are pregnant, don't let a rough unskilled sonographer touch you. Learn from me, if it hurts STOP them!! read more

Extremely inefficient! Billing error! I phoned ahead to set my appointment for an X-ray and they booked me for the wrong location with the wrong type of X-ray. I waited in the crowded lobby during the Pandemic and one lady behind the desk was not wearing a mask. I got up to the counter when they called my name and she told me I was at the wrong location and told me to go to their other location in Ocoee. (Please note that when I booked the appointment, the woman on the phone asked me which location I had preferred. I picked this one of the two she gave me because it was closer.) So I went to the other location and when I got there the receptionist told me that they didn't have anyone there to do my X-ray and made me rebook another appointment. So the rep that booked my appointment made an error and OK, nobody's perfect. I was very ill and very upset and rattled but I let it go. I also found out by the receptionist that the rep who set my appointment made the wrong type of X-ray on the appointment. So I came back for the re-scheduled appointment. About a month later I received a text from Simon Med that my insurance denied the sonogram claim and my bill was $1052.00. I called my insurance and they said it was covered and didn't know why it was denied. So I called SimonMed and told the billing rep that I had received a denial for coverage and I explained that my doctor and the receptionist on the day of appointment told me it would be covered. The rep was very rude and hung up on me! I called back immediately and got a new lady and she was very helpful and professional. I asked her if she would stay on the phone so I could conference call with my insurance. After 3 calls and long hold times it was discovered that the person that booked it had my wrong insurance ID number! So not only did she have the wrong insurance ID number for me, she booked the wrong type of X-ray and scheduled me for the wrong location! If you have a choice from your doctor/insurance, ask if you can go somewhere else to spare yourself this anguish. Nothing worse when you're ill and very upset than having to deal with this run around! read more

My app was at 11 for a Ultrasound they tell be here 15min prior your app drink 32oz of water 1 hr prior your app, I did, I'm seating here for 1 hr means I have 32 oz of water in my bladder for 2 hrs that's insane. No respect for their customers. read more

Michael took his time and got me in at my appointment time. Walked me through and instructed when needed. Wasn't nuisance with overly instructing me with things that should be common sense. It was over before I can truly believe it was. Nice a fast. Would definitely go again and recommend the service Michael has done for me on this Wednesday. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was absolutely horrible. When I first walked in the waiting room was PACKED. Pretty much every seat filled. Front desk staff were yelling patients names across the room and herding patients to the front desk like cattle. Yelling "take out your insurance card and ID". The wait was absolutely ridiculous and the atmosphere was extremely unprofessional. As a nurse myself I was beyond disappointed. On top of this, there was a man there with his wife who was in a wheelchair and was scheduled for a MRI to be told AFTER waiting and going up to the front desk AGAIN that they had to go to a different location because their MRI machine was down. I could not believe the absolute chaos and unprofessionalism. I don't know who is managing this office or who the administrator is but they need to step their game up. HORRIBLE experience. The only professional and nice person there was the ultrasound tech who did my ultrasound. She's too good for that place. read more

Today I visited this office and my experience was horrible. The waiting room was full and the ladies at the front desk did not know what they were doing. No organization!!. People were waiting long, fussing with the front desk and it was just unorganized. I have been to this office before and it was well organized. In the past, the manager Subrina was a great help and everything ran smoothly. I asked for the manager today and was told there is no manager. This office NEEDS a manager. I was even more upset because I waited for a long time before anyone could even give me a sign in sheet. I wasted a lot of time at this office. I will find another imaging office to go to the next time I need to do imaging. read more

Charged me out-of-pocket even though procedure was fully covered by insurance. Finally received a refund after a three month wait and many telephone calls. They readily acknowledged that they had been paid twice and kept promising a refund but somehow had trouble making it happen. By all means, don't overpay these people!!!! They process charges much faster than they process refunds. read more

Great service ! Was able to schedule quickly via phone/ no long wait times to speak with someone! All my questions were answered and was able to make appointment that fit my crazy schedule. Upon arrival, staff was awesome! Quick check in and no wait time for my test. Will use again if needed. read more
