I was treated as if I had hip pain and needed to stretch my hamstring muscles. These stretches caused back pain and did nothing to resolve the numbness in my thigh. If you want sound advice as to how to treat Meralgia paresthetica go to Youtube and you will get a licensed physical therapist who will explain this condition and how to treat it.

As my parents live 40 minutes from town, it is harder to meet our requests. Erin and Jennifer work tirelessly to find qualified people. The caregivers they have provided have been kind, caring, respectful, hardworking people. The caregivers help with anything my mother requests (laundry, cleaning, cooking, errands) as well as providing all the transportation for both of my parents to all their appointments.
