They charged $450 from our own pocket and waited until after the appointment to drop this on us. We were given a super bill which was submitted to our insurance and insurance paid them the in network rate and now this business is refusing to refund the $450. Insurance said this business is in network and should have billed them properly but now they're just saying sorry and refusing to refund us and keeping the payment. We are working with insurance to fix this but this should have never happened. Be careful of this business. This feels like a shady attempt at fraud.
