Larry stated that he probably would not be able to get repaired that day and would that be OK with me. I said sure. Well, at about 3 in the afternoon he called to inform me that it was fixed and ready for pickup. Now, I saw quotes for the high $600's to near $900...my bill was $450! This is just my most recent example of what Supreme Auto has meant to me over the 35 or so years I have been a customer. Isn't that what everyone wants from an auto repair service and mechanic? Quality work, no surprises, fair prices, and above all, peace of mind I would say. Well, Larry and his team at Supreme have it in spades!! Their website home page says: "We take great pride in providing you with the best customer service around. We are honest, dependable and friendly. Our customers are our #1 priority and [we] strive to make each and every customer happy!". That is not just some sound-good, feel-good motto. That is what Larry and his team more than live up to...each and every day! He will make sure that you understand exactly what needs to be done to get you back on the road and running without doing other nice, but not necessary work just to create revenue. A hard-working, honest, old-school, and genuine person who knows his stuff. Go there...you will not be disappointed. Note: I noticed a 1-star reviewer said: "Disrespectful and incompetent. Unable to fix very basic issues." Not having any possible understanding of what the circumstances were with that review(er), I can only say that it stands completely opposed to what I and almost all others have experienced. My sense is that there may have been more to it than what was in the review.

The charity raises service dogs for veterans and first responders with PTSD. They give back to the community and hold the charity close to their heart. Such a wonderful family and shop. I got a list of problems at my last oil change, Meineke, and got a ridiculous quote for a few maintenance issues. Took my girl to them and the price was WAY more reasonable. The also are approved to do work for most extended warranties. I have known one of them for over 10 years and he has worked on both my cars. He also worked for dealerships before getting his own shop. I can't recommend them highly enough. I drive 45 minutes for them to work on my car. If you can get your vehicle to them DO IT!!!! I brought my vehicle in for an estimate for a repair. I met with Mike, who is responsible for all…read moreof the estimates. He viewed my vehicle, said it would be between $1800-$2000 for the repair depending on the current cost of materials. He said he would send me the written estimate and I thought it was a fair estimate/price and scheduled the repair pending the written estimate. Two weeks later, I received the estimate and he had increased the price to ALMOST $3200. Nothing had changed with my vehicle. I called and spoke with Mike and he acknowledged the verbal estimate and he said, "I should really stop giving verbal estimates." He then "adjusted" some things and lowered the estimate to $2600. After a contentious conversation, I told him to send me the written estimate and he agreed. About two hours later he sent me an email telling me that they are not willing to work on my vehicle and that my appointment was cancelled. Totally unprofessional and blatantly lied, blaming me for "relying on a verbal estimate in a parking lot." He also told me if I didn't like it, get a lawyer.

Well not even 5 years after this purchase my hybrid battery is dead because of water from the rain, the Lexus dealership took apart the car to find that this dealership sealed the water break with silicone they patched this car up and sold it to me. My mechanic never saw this because it was inside the trunk of my car. These people are criminal! I will never buy another car from a used car dealership again.

I bought a 2013 Range Rover Sport from Wael at Yara Motors in May 2023. I have driven about 3,500…read moremiles since then, and have waited to post a review, to ensure that any problems had time to present themselves. I can happily say that the car has performed admirably in that time (no small feat, given the notorious unreliability of JLR products). I can confidently say that I bought a gem. I live in MD and found the car online. I've bought used cars at a distance before (sometimes sight unseen), and as a car enthusiast I'm used to traveling when the right one pops up. This one matched the model/color/spec I wanted so, despite it being in CT, I reached out to Yara Motors and explained that I was interested. Initially, when I explained over the phone that I wasn't local, Wael - the owner of the dealership - was a little hesitant. Perhaps he's had poor experiences with out-of-state customers in the past. I understand. People are flaky. Nonetheless, I persevered, and he seemed reassured when I booked a flight to CT for two days later. I arrived to find a small, independent dealership stocked with used, low mileage luxury cars (Audi, BMW, Mercedes etc.) that appeared to be in nice condition. I spent an hour looking over the Rover myself, during which time I hooked it up to my OBD scanner to check for error codes (there were none) and chatted with Wael and his mechanic about the car's history. They were friendly and welcoming. The front suspension bushings had been replaced in preparation for the sale (they wear quickly on these heavy cars) and an alignment had been performed. The alloy wheels had more curb rash than I expected and the front tires, while within legal limits, were worn unevenly (likely as a result of the car being driven by its previous owner on worn suspension bushings). But otherwise the car was in mint condition. Even the original window sticker was still in the car along with the factory toolkit, manuals, and all-weather floor mats. Wael would not accept a lower amount for the car but, in his defense, he had priced it fairly already. I bought it on the spot, with Wael kindly driving me to the bank to collect the money order. My drive home was enjoyable and uneventful, and the car sailed through an MD state inspection right away. When I took it to my local Jag-LR indie mechanic for a lookover, he confirmed that I'd bought an excellent example. Since then, I've changed the oil and tires, obtained and programed a second remote key fob, and bought an additional set of wheels with winter tires. After my first oil change, I sent the used oil to Blackstone Labs for analysis. The report confirms that the engine is wearing in nicely, and all the readings are in spec. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy another car from Yara Motors again. Thanks Wael!
