My wife had a lot of work done at Dr Garza's office with Dr Graham. She was very scared at first. But through several visits he won her over. He was a very attentive and kind dentist and did not give any unnecessary pain. This office also charged us 4000 dollars less than another dentist had quoted us for the same work. Dr. Garza and his office staff make it downright enjoyable to visit the dentist. Really. The people who work here are great. They greet you with a smile, and they are professional and efficient too. I was running late today after waiting in line to vote (2012 Election!) and when I called in, one of the ladies up front went out of her way to fit me back into the schedule. As someone that has avoided the dentist all at costs my whole life, I couldn't be any happier with this dentistry office. My admin, Patricia, raved about this place so already my nerves were calmed. From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the front desk, make you feel like you have been a lifelong patient. I've only been here since September 2017, but they always greet me by name with huge smiles. I have the absolute privilege of Dr. Graham being my primary dentist. He is the best dentist I've ever been to. He actually listens and explains things to me. You can tell that he loves what he does and patient care and follow up is very important to him. We lost our miles credit card. Dr Garza would not wait for the new one to come in to bill us. Even though we put another card on the record so they could charge ot if we skipped town. It was a bummer. We have been going there for years and were made to feel like this ask was crazy. read more

These people were a nightmare from the minute I walked in the door. My appointment was around lunchtime and they acted like I was interrupting their lunch when checking in. Next the tech doing the ex-rays kept dropping the equipment that goes in your mouth! Not sure how long she's been doing that work but seemed nervous and brand new. While I was in the chair the dentist and another tech were in an office talking very intimately and I was in their direct view. When the girl looked up and saw me she slammed the door. After all the weirdness I was then told I needed at least $1000 worth of work on my teeth. Well I got two second opinions and there is NOTHING wrong with my teeth only some fillings need to be replaced for a couple of hundred dollars. Nothing what this Dr. Garza was telling me I needed. Scam Scam is what he is. And his office staff is the most incompetent and rude people I have ever dealt with. Glad I listened to my gut and got other diagnosis and never went back to this nightmare of a dentist! read more

I was unceremoniously thrown out of his office yesterday because he was hurting me while putting anesthesia in my gums. I was whining to let him know it was hurting. He asked me if I wanted nitrous and I tried to communicate that I didn't but I had a needle in my gums. When he removed the needle he asked me again very sharply if I wanted it then I said NO and that this is why I didn't want to do this crap(a deep cleaning) because it hurts! Yeah I got a little loud but only because he had shoved that needle in deep and was holding it in there for a long time and I was in pain. He then told me to get out and several times told me he would call the police if I didn't. Of course I got upset and when I asked why several times he told me it was because I was acting like a child, crying and whining like a baby and that I was a big baby and that his patients didn't act like I did, like a big baby. I was not being thrown out for anything I did but because he hurt me and I whined about it his own words. Nice service! I will not be going back and after the way I was treated both times I've come here I will probably never go to a dentist again! The first time I came in two years ago I was told that they would not clean my teeth unless I got a deep cleaning and I couldn't afford the almost $500 bill. They offered me a deal since my wedding was coming up that they would clean my teeth but I had to pay out of pocket. I just thought they were being shady and trying to get away without having to file insurance because they got more money that way but since I needed my teeth cleaned I agreed. They said I had to come back and get the deep cleaning in exchange for this. However, a few months later I called them to make the appointment but told them I didn't want the deep cleaning because I still couldn't afford it, it hurt and I had already had two done in previous years and they did no good. The hygienist chewed me out on the phone very angrily and told me I was reneging on the deal they had made with me and they had only done it as a courtesy. I told them they were being unethical and they claimed that it would be unethical to not do the deep cleaning. At the time I just thought they were being shady. I did call a few other dentists to ask if what they said was true and they said yes but I still did not go until now because I finally have insurance that will mostly cover this service. Please do not see this man he is awful and cruel and obviously was trying to get back at me for not coming in two years ago. I'm filing a complaint with the state dental board and the better business bureau. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Garza for 22 years (since I was 4 years old!). He's been a family friend and is by far one of the best Dentists i've ever encountered. After leaving the Austin area for a few years and seeing two other dentists, I truly appreciate how he runs his office and his bedside manner. You can really tell he only hires the best staff & hygienists he can find and doesn't settle for anything less. Love Dr. Garza and team. As mentioned below Dr. Garza and associates are patient, kind, cheerful, considerate and friendly. Dr. Garza has a special technique that helps to alleviate the pain caused during the injections, in fact any pain that I feel comes from the fluid being pushed into the gum, not from the insertion of the needle. Great staff, I was nervous going in but left really happy. The dentist explained to me my cleaning process, I had a wisdom tooth growing in and she tried her best to make my cleaning process comfortable. Then she went over what my insurance pays helped me schedule my appointment for next cleaning and Dr.Parekh informed me my wisdom tooth was too impacted so they needed me to get it done next door which was great. They sent over my paperwork which was convinient for me. Just fantastic people I am happy to have them as my dentist :) read more
