Kevin helped us pick out the colors and was very accommodating to all our needs. A six-man roofing crew started the job within a few weeks after we came to an agreement. The crew was super efficient, did a great job, and was careful to clean up everything. Zero mess left anywhere on the property! They even used magnets to pick up any loose nails and any bits of metal that might have fallen off the roof. Kevin came by the next day to inspect and make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The whole job, which involved removing the old roof and installing a new one, plus some sheet metal work, took only a day. Our next-door neighbors' houses were replaced by different roofing companies and both of those jobs (both were smaller roofs) took several days to complete. I was once a roofer myself and was amazed at how quickly and efficiently AGR did our roof. It was nice getting to know the folks at AGR. If we ever need any other roofing work done, there is nobody else we would call! PS, there were no surprises on the cost. They had agreed to accept only what the insurer paid on our roof claim and they lived up to it! Thanks AGR!

In 2018 after a fierce hailstorm, I contacted my insurance company about possible damage to my…read more18-year old roof. Almost every house on my block and surrounding blocks needed a new roof. Yet my insurance company's adjuster felt that my house actually had only $200 worth of damage, well below my deductible. I didn't know just how much damage had been done, but was pretty sure that the damage was more than $200. Fortunately, a contractor friend of mine recommended Randy Schwartz and Roof Solutions. Roof Solutions is a locally-owned company which provides superior customer service. Randy inspected my roof and documented the many areas which had been damaged. He is well-versed in the local government's requirements. Randy and Roof Solutions took over discussions with my insurance company. Randy showed the insurance company's second adjuster the photographic evidence that had been prepared. In less than 15 minutes, the second adjuster had agreed that a new roof was needed. The adjuster didn't even climb on my roof. Randy's evidence was well-researched and overwhelming. Roof Solutions and its employees were a delight to work with. Everyone is hard-working, detail-oriented, and polite. Quality is obvious in every element of the job from the roofers to the painters. I was kept fully informed of the progress of the work and my insurance claim. Randy and Roof Solutions care about their customers. They respond quickly to a possible problem. Randy has dropped by several times after a bad hailstorm to make sure that there was no roof damage. For a no hassle, care free and pleasant experience, you cannot go wrong with Roof Solutions.

Cory was instrumental in direct dealing with the insurance company adjuster to secure for me a Class four roof. The gutters and downspouts should have been galvanized steel rather than the lightweight aluminum and I shared this with Cory after the install. I do believe galvanized will survive better in weather that entails hail. Bottom line, Cory has always been professional that whole way through and I always appreciated his hands-on customer service.

They committed to painting our house as well as the roof replacement and said it would likely be a couple hundred dollars out of pocket for us for everything. In the end they wanted to charge us the full cost of the house painting, when including the painting was a huge part of his sales pitch and one of the main reasons we went with them. When I went on the roof after the replacement I noticed they did not replace the turtle vents, the same hail dented ones are still there, but they were billing me for the vents. After calling getting those taken off in the same conversation they added charges for roofing around my swamp cooler which was there when they did the assessment, evaluation and estimate, there was zero reason for there to be unknown cost regarding the swamp cooler. And these costs were only added after I called about the vents NOT being replaced. I felt that they had a specific dollar amount they were trying to get. As another person said here, they were out to get the most for doing the least. They were trying to bill for things that were not replaced and I am still mad, like why didn't you just replace the vents and we would have paid for them! Instead of not replacing them and trying to have me pay for work that was not done. Boils down to all the trust being totally broken. Could have had a customer for life. And what is really bad is posting about himself and the company doing things the right way and treating people right and that was NOT my experience at all.
