I've had retainers for many years and decided to get the new Clear retainers and I was recommended to Dr. Jeff Erickson by my Dentist at Riverside Dental here in Saint George. The team he has set up here is incredible and very helpful and kind. The whole set up is very friendly and easy to deal with and I am now 66 years old! I highly recommend this specialist and his team!

My sister in law takes her kids to Dr Prince, so my mom called him. He came in on a Saturday (when his office was closed), fixed the wire, and wouldn't accept any payment. He said it was professional curtesy and he hopes my son's orthodontist in LA would reciprocate in an emergency. There is plenty of parking and our waiting room is large and comfortable.We try very hard to provide orthodontic treatment of the highest standard, and also to provide a pleasant personal experience while visiting us. Many patients comment that our office doesn't smell like a dentist's office. Although an unusual observation, still it demonstrates that we make every attempt for patient comfort.

The sunlight washed out my screen, rendering it useless, so I went into their office and asked to use their landline. The young lady, who was the receptionist, asked me who I wanted to call. I told her my problem, so she looked up a service, called and gave them directions. Within the hour, Bracken's Auto Tech & Tires had me back on the road. (I gave them a good Yelp as well.) My heartfelt thanks to her as, at 88, with a bad back, I can't walk too far, especially i 100+ weather. She was a lifesaver and I wanted those she worked for to know they have a gem.

My hygenist I think was Amanda and she was amazing, great with my kids. My second experience was amazing. My hygenist, skye, was so sweet, efficient and was amazing with my kids. Dr. Evans was very professional, honest and great with my kids. He understood that my kids needed to have a positive experience and he was so sweet with them. Skye did such a good job accommodating us and was able to get my little one to get her first x rays and my other's first teeth cleaning and walked them through it so beautifully! So happy with my experience!

Having severe TMD and a sensitive gag reflex has always made me nervous when needing dental work…read moredone. Eventually, I started avoiding regular check-ups and delayed much-needed dental care longer than I'm willing to admit. When I decided to finally go to a dentist, Bloomington Dental was recommended to me by a family member who generally fears dentists but really likes Dr. Neilson. Making an appointment was easy. When I arrived, the office staff was welcoming and the hygienist (Sydney) listened to all my issues/concerns and took it all into consideration while doing my cleaning. I never felt judged or shamed for my past lack of proper dental care or the current state of my teeth. Dr. Neilson explained my dental issues/needs delicately yet plainly, offering a range of solutions (lower cost, shorter-term vs. higher cost, longer term - never trying to "sell" me) as well as what needed to be prioritized. Due to this positive experience, I decided to follow Dr. Neilson's advice and use his services. I ended up making several weekly appointments which included root canals, crowns and fillings. The dental assistant, Kelsey, did an excellent job of being sensitive to my TMD and gag reflex issues. Knowing I preferred to be told what was happening, she was diligent in letting me know as each step progressed, as well as always making sure I was comfortable. His lead assistant, Kristie, was confident and highly skilled. I felt positive in her advice and opinions on helping chose my crown shades and "smile style." During each appointment, Dr Nielsen was consistently friendly and thoughtful. He made sure I was always properly numb throughout each procedure and checked his work with a detailed-eye. Additionally, he listened to all my concerns and answered all my questioned with confidence and care. Out of my eight appointments, only two started late by about 20 minutes. However, overall, from the moment I walked in the door, Bloomington Dental & Dr. Nielsen offered first-class service and superior skills. I'd highly recommend using them to anyone for any and all dental care needs.
