When it came time to tear off the old roof and replace it, they were very professional and took great care to clean up before leaving the work sight each evening. We have 2 dogs and appreciated the effort to ensure no stray nails were left on the ground. We even checked the area each night and did not find a single nail left on the ground. After getting several bids for a full re-roof of our home, we decided to go with General Roofing due to their years of experience and competitive pricing. This was peak busy season and it didn't look like anyone would be able to get to my roof before winter. George came out to have a look and get me a quote, and somehow managed to fit me in 6 weeks ahead of schedule, and well before I had to worry about snow load. His team also diagnosed and corrected the issue that created the rot so it won't happen again. A few months later, a different section of roof developed an intermittent condensation leak and George made a few after-hours/short-notice trips to my house to see where the issue was and do some problem-solving.
