Disappointing. If we liked barbecue sauce (we don't) I suppose we could have eaten everything. Even so, what are the chances that two random dishes would have exactly the same sweet and gooey barbecue sauce?
Elaine ordered Szechuan vegetables with noodles and I ordered hot Beijing chicken. They tasted the same. And the noodles were, depending on where on the dish we chose, either completely uncooked or glued together.
Elaine is a vegetarian so she wanted a side of tofu for protein, but they would not hear of it. She had to order a full dish, but neither of us could eat it because it had an odd vanilla taste to it. And the egg roll was rock hard.
And despite leaving almost the entire meal behind and being honest (but polite--we do live here) there was no effort to win a customer back beyond, "Sorry you didn't like your meal." I don't think we'll be back.
