She met me and Mom at the airport and showed us how to use the van's features - which included a ramp and multiple tie down options. When we were ready to take the van back, Margaret was flexible about the timing since it was a little variable on our end and she made handing off the van stress free. The van was great! Nice features that made it easy to open and close the doors, and it drove well while I toured my mom and other family members around Michigan. Would definitely rent from this company again!

I reached out and the gals (I called a few times) I talked to were incredibly friendly and helpful! I asked all sorts of questions never having done something like this and they had the answers and were patient with me. I was also worried because all of this was happening on a Friday afternoon and I needed the transportation Sunday. I asked when they closed and the gal on the phone reassured me that they were basically 24 hours and to not worry. We got it scheduled. Jay showed up about 10 minutes early and my loved one was treated like she was a VIP. The service, professionalism, vehicle, everything was excellent!
