Just recently we used this service for the first time and they lived up to their name, "Loving Touch". The moment I shared my mom's needs to Don, I felt God had directed my path to this service. He was professional and full of added information that I had never thought to consider. As he stated, "There is no such thing as a stupid question" when you don't know something. He was very knowledgeable in his information and made us feel we called the right place. As for the transport person, Octavia, she was precisely on time and showed her professional and personable skills in transporting our 100 year old mother! Kudos to her! Thank you "Loving Touch" for such a loving memory!
