When the on-site transportation schedulers get upset due to a major disconnect with their drivers/members of their leadership team, they proceed to be very unprofessional/aggressively rude and say they are canceling your scheduled transportation. This is highly concerning, especially when taking into account the majority of their schedule transportation is for important medical appointments.
