Once she was home, I was provided with Prime Homecare Agency Services for her aftercare. They have helped us so much. They gave us great direction in how to obtain the needed medical equipment. They spoke with doctor offices on our behalf, they provided PT, OT, and personal care for my daughter. They even helped us get an at-home Physician that would visit my daughter since she is bedridden. I can't say enough great things about this company and the employees. Our nurse Michelle has been Heaven sent. She helped us so much and was an absolute Angel! Also, Reem the Case Mgr. was fabulous as well. She helped us get our hospital bed and other medical equipment that was really needed. Their whole team is just great!
