If they had better maintenance of the course then it would receive higher rating and be more enjoyable but the sand bunkers were hard rock...not sand at all. There is no need to rake at all. That's how lacking the maintenance is for this place. And having to drive 1.5hrs from Dallas doesn't help.

Put sand traps back. 3. Add restrooms and Water stations 4. Widen the practice range, get a ball dispense machine, etc.. 5. Need a new or renovated club house.
