He was so honest and said, "if you prefer that kind of wine, then next door to us serves those types of wines." However, when I mentioned my husband's preferences, he said Orgullo has what my husband likes. Emily was our server when we sat down and she was the SWEETEST. She went out of her way to get the wines we preferred and gave me Instructions on how to order food from the food truck next door. She was so kind, warm, and cheerful. We made it a point to let the gentlemen who we first talked to know how much we enjoyed Emily's service. We bought home a few bottles to share with friends and my friends absolutely loved it! We eventually had to flag down another member of the staff just to get any service at all. Even after we caught his attention, our server seemed aware of us but made no effort to approach or assist. Additionally, the wait time for our wine flights was excessively long. When the cheese board finally arrived, I was shocked to find that all three cheeses were served still inside their original plastic wrappers--not even sliced. To make matters worse, we were provided with plastic knives to cut the cheese ourselves, which was incredibly difficult and frustrating. I have never encountered a cheese board served this way at any establishment. I really wanted to enjoy this visit, and I want to give credit to the other waitresses who were working that day--they were great and were the only saving grace of the experience. However, the lack of basic service and the bizarre presentation of the food made this a trip I wouldn't recommend

We did not have a reservation and noticed they accepted walk-ins. This little winemaker uses grapes from the region to create some tasty wine in the tasting room. You get to see all the production equipment as it surrounds you while you taste. The wine is tasty and we picked up a few. We really enjoyed our Valentines themed tasting of Petite Syrah with some locally made chocolate for $8 more than the tasting price. We hope to return again.

Krystle and Ross go above and beyond to make these events truly memorable.
