This was my first time at this salon and first time meeting Tracey. I walked into my appointment with a sad head of hair. It was dull and dry and blah. I left with hair I'm extremely happy with! Long story short go see Tracey. You will not be disappointed. Amazing work, knows what she is doing, and is super nice and friendly. Long story: Tracey gave me a beautiful solid dark color all over. It's more than dark brown not quite jet black. It's gorgeous. Not just because it's on me. If I saw it on another person I'd think "wow that's a great color". Even my bf likes it. And he doesn't usually notice hair changes. She then did a keratin smoothing treatment. Now I've never had one before but it is supposed to help keep my hair frizz free and air dry without needing to run my flat iron over it. Which I have to do after every washing. It is so shiny and smooth. It looks like I have shampoo commercial hair. Seriously could not be more excited to give my flat iron and hair a much deserved break from each other. Tracey then gave me a small cut. - You know how sometimes you get a stylist who thinks a trim is 6 inches + and they chop off way more than you wanted? Not the case here. She understands what a trim is. Thankfully! I wish I had a before photo of my hair to show you all the transformation it went through. Having just moved here from Hawaii, I picked this salon because it was within walking distance of my apartment and I read good reviews on Yelp. Needing a haircut and color, I was apprehensive about having a new stylist work on me after having been with my previous stylist from Hawaii for over 30 years. I had worried for nothing, as Lisette did a wonderful job! She asked me questions about how I wanted it done, what color I wanted, offered suggestions, and always told me what she was going to do next. This will definitely be my go-to when it comes to getting my haircut! I got my haircut by Allee! Gabby greeted me at the front desk! Allee was running a bit late due to traffic and so right away Gabby asked if I would like to have my hair washed and I agreed! I LOVED that she didn't just sit by having me wait when most places I've been to they would have. She was sooo sweet and even answered my random questions about microblading brows and perms (which Allee also does)! Once Allee got to the salon (not even a minute after my hairwashing was done, good call on Gabby!) she really listened to what I wanted and when I asked her her opinion on the particular style I wanted (a slight curly bob with only a slight A-Line) and my face shape she was honest, quick and knowledgeable to answer! She worked her magic and she was so precise about the details. Very professional and super friendly to talk to as well, she made me feel taken care of and totally confident sitting in that chair! I ADORE my haircut! I feel like a unicorn ! Awesome job Alle, thank you again! My hubby has been here to cut his hair multiple times as well and everytime I'd go, the girls that cut his hair (Wendy & Lissette) were super friendly and really listened to what he wanted! And the best part? His hair always, always, always turned out super clean with perfect lines and gorgeous. Made him even more super smexy to me! Nice job ladies hehe! P.s. This facility is so clean and thanks to Spudnuts, the place has a yummy freshly baked donut smell that eventually fades when you step inside. I'm not one to write reviews but I got one of the worst haircuts of my life here. Both sides were totally uneven, I was wearing a mask due to COVID-19 but the hairstylist cut around my face mask strap causing an awkward-looking trim around my left ear.
