From the very beginning, this family-owned business treated us with kindness and understanding, which brought us comfort throughout the process. They created a beautiful cross, an elegant casket spray, and wreath that exceeded our expectations. Every arrangement was thoughtfully designed, with fresh, high-quality flowers and no cheap filler. The flowers were vibrant, beautifully arranged, and held up exceptionally well, looking fresh and elegant for both the visitation and funeral service. Their delivery was timely and reliable, giving us one less thing to worry about. The care and attention they put into every detail truly honored my father's memory. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism, artistry, and heartfelt compassion. Our family would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a florist for any occasion.

I contacted Rhonda to inquire about pricing for her floral services for my wedding. At the time, I…read morewas in the early stages of my planning and had not yet established a clear budget. I provided a general overview of what I was looking for--such as ceremony decor, bouquets, and reception flowers--and requested information for pricing. We did not discuss specific flower preferences or my budget. In response, Rhonda informed me that her wedding packages begin at $5,000 and, based on the services I described, she indicated that she would not be available to service my wedding. This was unexpected, especially since she had come recommended by a friend who had previously shared her cost breakdown with me. I was simply seeking more information, and never indicated what I was willing to spend. While I found her style of florals to be somewhat outdated and not the style I was looking for, I reached out based on the positive referral. However, I was disappointed by the dismissive tone I received. Given that this is a heavily word-of-mouth business, I find it difficult to understand how she can build a client base if she is so quick to dismiss potential clients based on limited interaction. Ultimately, we found another florist whose work not only aligned perfectly with our vision but also led to our wedding being featured in a magazine. I've since continued to recommend this florist to others because they treated us with professionalism, respect, and courtesy from the very start. Sometimes, how you treat potential clients makes all the difference.
