I was on unit 300 I was there for about a week the things that I did not like about this place was that they would tell me I would get out and get me really excited to go see my family and then end up keeping me for a little longer, the family meetings were not with any child experience because just having a little mental breakdown does not mean I should stay there for a little more longer cause I'm apparently not safe to go home by just me crying and Kelly, who was usually on unit 300. I absolutely hated her and she knew that she would call me into her office in one day. She called me in and I was very mad because she was trying to send me to residential when I did not need to go to residential. I was perfectly fine and telling everybody I was perfectly fine. I had dashed out on her. I was crying and I was yelling and all she had to say is that A. people has to come in the room cause she does not feel safe next to me and that made me feel really bad about myself but other than that, it's somewhat of a good place sometimes they can heal you. but just the one thing that kind of brought me down most days was just Kelly herself

I visited FEM Women's Wellness last year seeking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for premature…read moremenopause. Finding the clinic can be challenging and stressful... the GPS directions are unclear, the building doesn't stand out, and there's no large, easy‑to‑read sign. I'd recommend giving yourself extra time for your first visit; I've gotten lost twice and arrived late because of it. FEM Wellness is aware that some people experience difficulties finding their building, but they don't tell you that when booking your first appointment. Inside, the clinic is clean, spa-like and modern, and the staff was polite. They offer robes for that spa feel. Dr. Ernst was friendly and approachable during our interactions. However, I was disappointed overall, as I expected more in-depth holistic approach to women's health rather than something that felt like a med-spa focused primarily on surface-level hormones and aesthetics. Adjusting my hormone levels took an unusually long time, especially given my sensitive body type and ongoing health issues, including thyroid problems, ulcerative colitis, and autoimmune disease. The HRT has required multiple tweaks to get it right, and I'm still adjusting, which has been frustrating. More recently, I had a follow-up appointment scheduled with Dr. Ernst, but I experienced a severe ulcerative colitis flare-up and had to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. (I had canceled within 43 hours.) I explained my situation to the receptionist... that I was quite ill and might not be able to reschedule for weeks or even months due to the unpredictable nature of my condition. While I appreciate that they didn't charge me for the cancellation and I understand the need for policies, this experience highlighted a lack of flexibility or compassion for patients with complex chronic illnesses, especially regarding women's health issues. Flares can strike without warning, making it challenging to commit to rigid scheduling. I was also told that if this happens again, I may be charged, with no "hope you feel better" or other words of empathy... the lack of warmth really concerned me. For those primarily interested in Botox, laser treatments, or straightforward hormone replacement in a spa-like setting, this might be a good fit. But if you're seeking a more in-depth evaluation of your overall health, comprehensive care, advanced hormone bloodwork, and thyroid/endocrine system care, I'd recommend checking out DECON across the parking lot with Dr. Kuhadiya instead. Overall, a mixed experience that left me hesitant to return.

Inquire within and for their pricing. She's no ordinary gynecologist and this is no ordinary office. I patiently waited for this practice to open so I could switch over. I have never met a provider that has and shows genuine compassion to her patients like she has shown me over the years. Her knowledge and transparency helps me maneuver my health decisions. She's a God send in my life and over saw my last pregnancy. Unfortunately this office doesn't offer OB care, but I'm done having any more kids. They will refer you if you do need OB care. My most recent visit was today. There was an unavoidable hiccup with scheduling. Some customer service would have been nice from the office. I'm a loyal customer/patient and was told that I had to be rescheduled without a blink; although it was a lose lose situation. Of course I was frustrated, but thankfully Dr. Rajamand was able to get me in and out. My only recommendation would be to avoid incidents like today is get on top of the program that sends emails. My appointment was made last year and had it not come through my old email, I would have missed it. Thank you always Dr. Rajamand; I am grateful for your diligent care. See you back in a few months!

We gave this office three chances, and every single appointment was either rescheduled, pushed back, or switched to a different provider--this happened with both Jennifer Oropeza and Dr. Goyle. Jennifer Oropeza, who was recommended for my 11-year-old, was the worst experience. She tried to reschedule our very first appointment just 30 minutes before it started, even though we had already driven over an hour to get there. The second appointment, she again changed the time to leave early. The last straw was when my son got sick. The front desk warned me about their strict "no-show" policy, so I rescheduled for the next day. Then Jennifer texted me from her personal phone number asking why my child was sick and refused to see him if he wasn't well. She would not offer telehealth, and when I asked if canceling again would be counted as another "no-show," she said yes. She only offered to reschedule two weeks later, which is unacceptable for a child who needs care. When I asked for another therapist, I was told no one was taking new clients. We left and found help elsewhere. This practice has shown zero professionalism, little regard for families' time, and poor communication--completely unacceptable for anyone working with children's mental health. Parents, consider going somewhere else

A 30 something transient professional, I wasn't quite ready for the roots and the anxiety that come with a child AND IT SHOWED. After realizing that my postpartum anxiety and "survival mode" feelings from my job weren't going away on their own I decided to seek help. I was assigned to Nora, the owner of Sierra Sunrise Wellness Center and when I say she changed my life, I am not exaggerating. She created a safe space for me and helped me remember who I was before I was a mom and who I could still be. It took time and it took effort but she showed me the way and she helped me put together a sort of toolbox for the next pregnancy/postpartum period. Her space is warm and welcoming and her sweet old doggo Rolo is the best snoring snuggler to keep me grounded during sessions. As a nurse my schedule is often crazy with long hours and sporadic shifts and she always finds time for me. Their facility offers Yoga and Reiki as well as other amazingly beneficial workshops. I cannot say enough about Nora and her team, I'm so grateful I found them.
