I was assigned to Nora, the owner of Sierra Sunrise Wellness Center and when I say she changed my life, I am not exaggerating. She created a safe space for me and helped me remember who I was before I was a mom and who I could still be. It took time and it took effort but she showed me the way and she helped me put together a sort of toolbox for the next pregnancy/postpartum period. Her space is warm and welcoming and her sweet old doggo Rolo is the best snoring snuggler to keep me grounded during sessions. As a nurse my schedule is often crazy with long hours and sporadic shifts and she always finds time for me. Their facility offers Yoga and Reiki as well as other amazingly beneficial workshops.
