I downed sized from a 26' CC and was worried about channel crossings and how a 21' boat would handle it. This little boat handles our local waters better than my 26'! Boat feels like a much larger boat and cuts through chop like a knife. The swim platforms on the stern really make this a great boat at anchor. We go to EBay and other coves often and drop the anchor for a fun day. These swim platforms add extra deck space when on the hook, great place to sit with feet in the water. Also nice for diving, great platform to throw fins, mask and gear on when coming out of the water. Boat is a Swiss Army knife and does just about everything on the water very well. I am now a Grady White customer for life!!

I can't say enough great things about Jack and Jay! After enduring a year-long nightmare at another shop, I brought my boat here for a re-power, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were clear throughout the entire process. They not only got the job done right but also made sure I felt confident and informed along the way. My boat is running better than ever, and I'm beyond grateful for their hard work and expertise. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience from start to finish!…read more Daniel and Casey were absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very first message, they were quick to respond, friendly, and super helpful. This is my first boat, and as a brand-new boater with an older Duffy, I wanted to be sure everything was in great condition and that I understood how to keep it that way. They came out the following week for an inspection, took time to learn how I planned to use the boat, and walked me through everything in detail. I already knew I needed a new voltmeter and rear nav light, but they also shared helpful recommendations and even showed me how to maintain water levels and other key basics for keeping the boat running smoothly. They followed up the next day with a clear, no-pressure quote -- and made it clear I could choose what I wanted to move forward with. When they came back to do the work, they were thorough, professional, and took extra time to teach me proper operation and care. No upselling, no pressure -- just knowledgeable, honest service and great people. I'll definitely call them again for maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone who wants their boat cared for the right way!

First, the sales staff is phenomenal and second, the financing staff is even better. I had an opportunity work with John Painter, in Sales, at the Newport Beach location on a broker deal for a like new 2018 270 Sea Ray SDX. John worked tirelessly on getting all the concessions from the seller that we wanted. We also had the pleasure of working with Olivia Mauth, in the Finance department at the Ontario location. Olivia, was nothing short of amazing. She handled every aspect of the financing deal, that was very complicated, and went to bat for us with the lender to get the lowest rate and best term possible. Olivia went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got this deal done. Thank you Olivia. Well done. Thank you John and Olivia for all your hard work in helping our family with the purchase of our new boat.
