Instead, she added two huge, uneven seams down the front of my silk skirt without ever asking or telling me--that completely ruined it. When I asked for a refund or discount, she ignored me and just tried to "fix" the seams I never wanted in the first place. Nothing was ever ready on time, I had to make multiple trips because she missed deadlines, and she never answers the phone. My rehearsal dinner dress was also altered incorrectly--she tightened it into a bodycon fit after I specifically told her not to. Between the poor workmanship, constant delays, and total lack of accountability, this was the worst business experience I've ever had. Brides and anyone with important pieces--go elsewhere.

These curtains cost over $300 and now I am out of the $70 it cost for Kim to hem them as well as the money for the curtains. I now have to figure out how to get new curtains since these are now ruined and dispute the charge with my bank. Not to mention I dropped the curtains off on a Saturday and went to pick them up the next Wednesday (the day that we had agreed they would be ready) and Kim claims she "forgot" and to come back another day. I had to leave work early to pick them up that day and was extremely irritated that they were not ready when we had agreed they would be. So unprofessional. Horrible experience and I would stay far, far away from this business.
