This lady will scam you. She will charge you a reasonable amount then it's double when you pick up. She is dishonest.

So I know the reviews on here are old but she's made some changes. My mom and I came in so she can get her clothes tailored since she's lost weight and this lady managed it pretty well. My mom Can typically do it herself and tried to tell her what to do but the lady full of confidence told her to just listen and let her do what she needed to. The quality is naive and for the price I believe it's a great place to consider for pants and blouse alterations. 10/10 (Disclaimer: the lady's first language isn't English please be patient with her and try to repeat things slowly if you believe you aren't being understood. She's very nice though I'm not gonna lie.) read more

PSA: don't go to Xi Le Alterations in OKC. Here's a list of my complaints: -Charged me more than stated beforehand -Did not let my dress out enough and is now saying that she can't let it out anymore so I'm stuck with it. She only let out the zipper. My issue is that she should've let me know that it may still be snug after the let out instead of just charging me for it. My dress fits the same it did when I took it to her. Luckily, I can zip it but it won't be super comfy throughout the night. Literally fits the same way it did when I took it in. -She told me to come and pick up anytime on a set date. I came on the stated day and there was a sign on her door saying she'd be back in 3 hours. She did not let me know this even though I was told to come at any time. After the 3 hr wait, she still was not back and told me 30 more minutes. SHE WENT SHOPPING! Once she was finally back, my dress was not even ready and she asked me to wait two more hours and she'd do it. After waiting 3 1/2 hours, she wanted me to wait 2 more. Obviously my time was not valued. I also came to the shop right at open and she showed up 35 minutes later. -When I voiced my concerns she turned it all on me. She said that I came early and that's why my dress wasn't ready. Not true. She told me to come ANY TIME on that date and it would be ready. I showed up at noon. I also asked why she didn't let me know that the let out may not be enough, she claims she did. Also not true. There is more that I could include here but just wanted to warn others because she does have a 3 star review on Yelp. I will not be back and I hope others can take this into consideration when choosing an alterations place. I'd hate for this to happen to someone else. read more

I had a horrible experience. I brought 4 skirts in to have length taken up for my daughter's school uniforms. When I came to pick up the skirts she had done additional work that was not requested to the waist and argued that "she's busy and wouldn't do work I didn't ask for". Now the skirts don't fit my daughters waist and I'm out $160 read more

great shop always kind always produces great work for a cheap price. happy to walk in and give my business for all my tailoring needs

I brought in a very expensive swimsuit that I had had for 10 years which I bought specifically for a cruise that never happened. It's now planned in October. I didn't even know if swimsuits could be altered. She was able to make it a size 6 as I had last a lot of weight. She did an absolutely fantastic job. I'll be taking my husband's suit jacket tp her soon to have sleeves altered, as well as anything else that might need altered in any way.it tool a very long time to find a good tailor that didn't send me home with something I still had to alter somewhat. In smy opinion, she's fantastic, sweet as can be and very receptive to your needs and wants. I'll definitely be a returning customer. She's the only one in the shop. Based on that, if she runs a little late, give her a break, everyone wants something done ASAP. TIP: Don't wait till the last minute to bring something in that you want dine that day or even the next because she may have had 4 customers before you who wanted the same response time. I can't say enough aboard this lady who handle all alterations in her own shop at an extremely busy intersection of Rockwell and 122nd. read more

Horrible experience. Asked the lady if they could have my pants tailored by Thursday, she assured me they could. Thursday come, she hadn't touched my suite. Never again. Beware read more

Nice looking shop a few hundred feet from the house but was let down when I took several suits and shirts to be altered. I had to come back multiple times and argue to get them to complete the alterations without charging me again... (yes she tried to recharge me to complete the high priced alterations) The suit alterations were subpar and overpriced (still not done correctly) the shirts she did well on but charged $75 per shirt. I will not be back! read more

Took my wedding dress to her and she got it done in a WEEK. I had the bust, length, straps and a bustle done and it was the most reasonable price out there. She is the sweetest! read more

Worst and most expensive alteration I've ever had. I would say they did about half the alterations we agreed to. Sleeves and hem of jackets were shorter, body of jacket was not tailored. Pants were also shorter and also not tailored as they had been marked when we dropped them off. She offered to perform the additional alterations, for an additional fee. No way. Fool me once... read more

My husband regularly brings in work clothes to them because he wears suits a lot and they've always done a great job! I recently started bringing in my own clothes and they did awesome work. I even needed something done within 24 hours and they got it done. Definitely a regular customer! read more

My family has been using their services for awhile now, and have never been disappointed. They are flexible with finishing time and always does a great job. We have brought on two suits and both suits looked amazing after the alterations. read more

Opened their doors 1 hour after closing... Also gave my wife great service on her bridesmaids dress. Very nice.

Nicest lady but she seems to be disorganized. Didn't do one of my slacks BUT she fixed hole while waiting. Prices seem a little high.

They always do an excellent job on men's dress pants -- even taking in the leg for a more modern fit!

Wonderful experience! The owner even took off her own shoes for me to try on with my dress when I forgot to bring heels! Sweet lady. And then she finished alterations on my bridesmaid dress within a week! Great work. I am pleased! read more

I had my prom dress hemmed here and they did absolutely terrible. They cut off the important kind of lining that was needed for my dress to lay the way it was supposed to. They also did not hem it evenly. When I tried it on, one side was MUCH longer than the other and you could see the white lining underneath my green dress. I will never use this business again and I am extremely upset about what happened. I definitely do not recommend this place to ANYONE. Service is absolutely terrible. read more

I dropped off a bridesmaid dress and we discussed the alterations we needed and the lady said it would be ready in a week. When we went to pick up the dress, the bra cups had not been sewn in which was the main alteration we wanted and when I asked why she said for me to go buy them and she would sew them in; against my better judgement I did that and she sewed them in for us but did not complete the other alterations that the dress had been there an entire week for her to do. If she would have just told me, I could have bought the cups when we dropped off the dress. She then charged me $70 for alterations yet when I asked what the $70 was for she started saying she did this and that which were not alterations that I had asked to be completed and when we looked at the dress we could not see anything else that had been completed. We were on a time crunch so I just paid it and lesson learned & will never use then again read more
