Popped in here a few times now. My son loves the collections. There's enough variety for all types of buyers. Those who want large pieces, those who are needing smaller items as well. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They will take time to go over different items and how they can effect you and what they can do for you. Finding a metaphysical store within our reach wasn't easy, but I did find Silver Pyramid. I felt like they were a little off standish with me but then again I cannot imagine the personalities they encounter every day, so maybe they are cautious for a reason. I wanted something to help cleanse my house. One girl pointed me towards a variety of sage bundles and told me to read the menu. Honestly ... I needed more help than that. Good thing I'm a type 'A' personality because I wasn't leaving until I knew I had the right ones. I loved this shop in Dallas! The location is convenient with plenty of parking. When you walk in the vibes are smooth and welcoming. We were able to freely browse the store and the attendants allowed us to ask questions while we roamed. There are a lot of unique items in the store. I easily spent over 70 dollars here. I do feel like some of the crystals are a bit over priced but the quality is great and you can always find deals here. I bought my very first rose of Jericho from here and it's still alive and well I use it every once and awhile when I want to manifest something into my life. I purchased an Orisha tarot deck from this store and was unpleasantly surprised to discover the deck contains a lot of cultural inaccuracies. I called and told the store about it and they said they didn't care that it's an inaccurate representation of my culture because it sells well. I created a Google review of my experience and the owner responded by explaining to me that MY CULTURE is in fact represented correctly and how this isn't cultural appropriation. Rather than choosing the option of growing as a person and business and listening to someone who has done intensive study on this culture, he chose to silence my voice and disregard the disrespect of this deck. I've provided examples of the whitewashing in this deck. I understand that black people come in all colors however this AFRICAN deck is heavily whitewashed. For instance Yemanya is a HEAVILY MELINATED GODDESS and see how she is depicted in the deck. I don't blame the owner for selling this deck in the first place. I blame him for not listening to my concerns as a black woman who knows how her culture is supposed to be depicted. He and all staff should be more educated on the products they sell. I am amazed and blown away by all of the wonderful pieces of crystal and metaphysical items. For such a tiny looking space, there is a whole lot packed into the shop and still space for so much more... Touch...touch...touch...and touch some more!!! Touch all you want except for the crystal bowls (which are hella awesome and amazing (see the video))... I sat in the healing triangle/pyramid...which again is encouraged and the vibe from sitting there reenergized me and left me feeling even more enlightened and lifted!!! My boyfriend and I went to a few crystal stores in the area and this one was by far my favorite! They have tons of different oils, candles, herbs, etc and they also have a wide selection of crystals. I feel like a lot of these kind of stores are just about money but this one felt a lot more genuine. I didn't get any readings so I'm not sure about that but the customer service was great. I really wish I could remember the employee's name but she gave us a quick but detailed tour of where everything is and briefly covered each section of the store and then she left us to do our own thing. I found this wonderful little (not so little!) shop in a strip center on Coit in Richardson. Easy to get to, and easy to find, I was greeted by several staff - my favorite kind; there if you need them, not hovering if you don't! Eventually, I did need some advice about various properties of some crystals I was looking into. The young woman who assisted me was knowledgeable and also seemed interested in what I needed, and how she could help. The selection of items meant to add to the spiritual practices of many was very thorough and of very good quality. So many crystals and tumbled stones, all kinds of "spiritual conduit" tools, such as Tarot, Runes, Oracle cards, and more. It was slightly pricey, but that is often to be expected with retail stores. Go to the rock barrel for crystals instead. They have a better selection and WAY better prices. If you're looking for metaphysical stuff go to SoulTopia or just shop online. I have been to Silver Pyramid twice and the vibe was low. The staff are just unhappy, unwelcoming people who act like you're going to steal things and treat you like you're an idiot. After spending a considerable amount of money here I checked out the rock barrel and WOW! It was a completely different experience. Their prices were AMAZING compared to the Silver Pyramid and the staff were actually welcoming. I later went to SoulTopia for some chip stones and cinnamon bark and it was a positive experience. If this is the only crystal shop you've been to I recommend trying others so you can understand the difference. If you've never been here I recommend popping in so you can appreciate how much better the other shops are. I am not writing this review to be vindictive, I'm writing this so people will know they have much better options. You shouldn't have to be price gouged and feel drained every time you want to buy metaphysical items. I've never walked into a shop and instantly felt angry for no reason until I shopped here. Also, the staff at the other shops I mentioned are not extremely friendly, competent, or amazing. If you're looking for crystals this is a good place to go. If you're looking for a social environment, this isn't the place. They have a great select crystals. Their Moldavite is exceptional and by far the best I've ever touched. I was disappointed that the price for one of the pieces I had looked at went from $125 to over $200 within a week. I asked about it several times. I ended up purchasing it but it leaves me skeptical about their ethics. It was only a week and they refused to work with me on price. Based on that alone, I gave them a lower rating. They have a great selection of oils, candles and herbs. I spent a lot of money the last time I was there, two pieces of moldavite, oils, candles and herbs. Just very disappointed in them not working with me on pricing on moldavite. Me and my fiancé came here to browse and we were treated like criminals. 3-4 different people asked us if we needed anything back to back the workers were constantly staring at us it was disgusting. We ended up spending a decent amount of money because I bought some runes that id been wanting and my fiancé bought a neckalace. When he was speaking to the associate to look at the necklace (which was in a case) she sat in front of him just staring like he was going to run away. I'm happy with the items we got but the energy is so negative I will never be back. There are way better metaphysical shops in the area. This place is operated by some seriously rude people. The selection is so-so, but: You can't look at anything but the box on the tarot cards. Useless. I can do that online and spend far less money. There is a very limited selection of herbs. Nothing I can't buy on Amazon for less, delivered straight to my doorstep with no rudeness experienced. Same for candles and incense. Moderate selection of WAY overpriced crystals and stones. Do yourself a favor and go to The Rock Barrell instead. Far more reasonably priced. Or shop on Wish even. Anything to avoid the rudes and their price gouging. Mostly, it's terribly off-putting and counter-productive to be subject to so much rudeness and mansplaining. I will never go back to this store, and I will continue to educate all regarding why they should not as well. read more

My new favorite metaphysical store! One of the workers greeted me and also gave me a warm welcome when I told him it was my first visit to the store. Upon entering, I noticed that I was able to enter and browse the store with very little dizziness (I am pretty sensitive to crystal energy, especially in a metaphysical store). When I did feel a tad unwell, a very kind associate told me about the obsidian section in case I needed grounding. I was able to wander around the store without feeling like I was being watched, and overall just felt very comfortable being there. They have a great selection of products, are very fairly priced to compared to other stores, and the workers are welcoming. Hands down the best crystal store in Dallas that I have found this far. I rarely go there because it's not good for my wallet, however I'm always amazed by the selection. I love everything from their stones to their jewelry and wish my home could be filled with all these crystals. The people working there have always been kind and knowledgeable and if they need to help you look something up they crack open the books. I've been on a quest for metaphysical stores in Dallas and this has become a go-to for me in the area. If you love crystals this is the place for you! They have a huge selection and the staff is very well versed on all of then healing properties and uses for each stone. That's pretty cool! They also have a decent candle selection (not as unique at the Labyrinth) but you'll find the basics here. Note: the candles are a bit expensive compared to other locations so keep that in consideration when shopping. They have singing bowls! They have a great selection of crystal bowls and the owners/staff will let you play them (supervised of course, those things are expensive). Wish list: I wish they had a bigger selection of books. They seem to have more books as reference guides behind the counter than they do for sale. But I guess that's what Amazon is for? I would like to see the book in person to see if it's something of value (plus instant gratification). Not to mention that's how we learn is by browsing the book section. I hate to give this store anything less than five stars because this has been my favorite crystal store for YEARS. From a product/price standpoint, they have a great selection at relatively reasonable prices--although you can definitely find better crystal pricing in the metroplex if you're willing to look. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful. No matter what I've needed over the years, there's been someone there who could answer even my most obscure questions. That said, after meeting the owner, I'm not sure if I'll be back (except for Reiki). While I respect that the owner and several of the employees have more experience/knowledge than I do in certain areas, I'm not okay with being told my beliefs are flat-out wrong because they don't coincide perfectly with what someone else told them or their own personal beliefs. If I have to choose between listening to what a spirit guide has to say on a metaphysical matter and what an employee of the store, the owner, or any human in general thinks, I will pick the guidance of a spirit guide every single time because spirits don't come with the overt pridefulness/"I'm better than you" attitude of people. The majority of the staff isn't overbearing and can be an excellent source of information, but to have the owner and an employee look me in the eye and tell me my spirit guide is wrong? No. Unacceptable for a spiritual shop. Unacceptable for any retail environment. Period. If you're in desperate need of supplies that you can't get online, or you prefer to pick out a crystal by hand instead of letting someone from an online shop do it for you, this is the place to go. But if you expect to have your spiritual beliefs treated with the respect we all deserve, it's hit and miss depending on who might be working when you go in. And I can't say this enough...it's killing me to leave such a low-star review for what's been my go-to crystal shop for so many years. All I can say is that I hope the owner and the employees I'm not naming were simply having a bad day when I was in and that your experience with these people will be far superior to mine. Only if I could give 0 stars. I usually come here for everything but, this experience was as low as it could had gone. One, mentioning to your customer that you buy cheap necklaces to sell for a profit isn't ideal when handling a issue before grabbing the one in charge. Offering a discount of NOTHING (like 5$) for a replacement for a high cost chain that was poorly made and not the same as the one I wear around my neck. Arguing with your customer about how the chain was made, when I'm aware and saw how it was made. YOU were wrong but you wanted to be right in this situation. Why? I don't know but I think this was a losing money situation. How cheap are you guys?! I know good customer service is realizing that you are WRONG and handling the situation in a better manner is a start. As they say "Customer's are always right". I'm sorry you sold me a necklace that didn't even last 8 days (yeah I may have but, hardly doubt i said two weeks since I have the receipt with proof of date to the time I contacted you) which I spent over $90 total for yet you can't help?! ($230 complete total when we bought) But, want me to spend the same amount on the item basically for not knowing this could happen again. No thank you! I can sweep and sweep and no missing price will appear because there isn't one yet you want to state that there was one but, I should know since I would put it on my husband's neck to know that there isn't this imaginary piece. His chain connection was NOT the same as mine. I say there is a scam in this situation and bad customer service. Each time I would try to speak she wanted to talk over me and say I was wrong. They threw cases of how it broke even when I told you how. Was there a flaw here? YES! Poorly made. I felt attacked and wanted to be heard but this whole situation made my husband upset since he was excited to have the necklace in the first place, for it to not even last. He got defensive by seeing how I was treated, talked to and not heard during our visit. I agree but I just wanted to leave on a good note and be understood but, that didn't happen. Talking over your customers is rude! Yeah you may have something to say but, not correcting me (what you believe/opinion) in mid sentence isn't the time to do so. You lost multiple future customers and even my friends that go here. They have mentioned that the vibe has been off, people have been rude and manager/owner making rude comments to shoppers. Also, products they have purchased didn't last long, with one being a necklace as well which was made like my husband's and not mine. You can say all chains are made the same but, keep telling yourself that because apparently a few has slipped through that wasn't the SAME!
