After a not so pleasant experience at another location, I decided to give the brand another shot. I…read moretook my daughter to get some new shoes and decided to stop by to get my tragus pierced. The last time I tried to get it pierced it was unsuccessful because they could not get the jewelry in for reasons that were not clearly explained. Nurse Catherine greeted and engaged with me as soon as I got in, she was friendly, kind, and helped eased my anxiety. I asked her to check my anatomy to ensure that my tragus could indeed be pierced, she said it did and guided me through jewelry process and explained which jewelry would work best with the piercing location. Nurse Catherine was very detailed and explained the cleaning process and piercing process very thoroughly. She was quick and efficient and it was a totally different experience than I had my first time. The pain was very minimal, a 1/10 if that and she was done with the piercing in a manner of seconds. I am so happy that I decided to come back to Rowan again, and I will be seeing her in the DTS location for future piercings.

I love a delicate piece and Kendra Scott has perfect items for someone like me- simple and easy to wear jewelry. But, can I just gush about Jenna for a moment? I lost my twin boys and wanted a piece of jewelry that I could use their birthstone (both in March) and my rainbow babies birthstone (December). I expressed this to Jenna to ask if I could mix the stones on the gold bracelet I was eyeing. She says I can and I ask her how much the base be felt was and to customize. She then did the kindest thing and left me stunned in the middle of the store. It was touching and I generally don't experience kindness of that magnitude. I had quite the issue. Long story short, We purchased in October an engagement ring online and…read morebought the warranty at the outlet store along with a band and a warranty for that. I then go online and find the band for $40 cheaper, so I go to this store to return the band and warranty bought at the outlet and to buy the warranty on the band bought online. Well since the warranty for the engagement ring was on the same receipt, it was somehow, someway cancelled, but I did not know this nor get the money back for it. Here we are six months later and I go to the outlet location for inspection and to get my engagement ring re-sized, where the guy informs me that the warranty was cancelled and that I should go to the Summerlin store to see what happened. So I drive across town and explain everything and end up waiting for the store manager Trent. The warranty and money were just MIA and we couldn't figure out what happened. Trent was able to get my warranty back on my ring. Him and his team are wonderful customer service, the outlet store definitely is not as they could of helped me but instead sent me across town! So we went to the store told the lady what happened and she said did you purchase a warranty i said we didnt but i was told were within the 6month window and should be covered. She said no you have to buy the warranty separate but if you service now it can be added additional $170* i said no were fine then thats not what we want then this other guy stepped in and instructed the lady helping us that no within the 6mo warranty to service and check the ring all the have ti pay is the $50 and will replace and service the missing stone, as he was walking the lady through it still all confused on how to do what the guy was telling her finally the husband paid the $50 to replace one small ring and said will be ready 10-15 days or so.. After certain days got an email stating that it was ready for pick up so the husband went pick it up while i wait in the car took him awhile because another lady tried to charged him $$$ again... I mean why is not everyone aware of the warranty they have instead of keep trying to charged us more, such a bad experience. The ring band we bought was $700 something its not worth it to put no insurance on it it so small and dainty we just bought it online just to have a band to exchange for our quick ceremony because we already have the ring. We bought this ring around july wore it on mid august, mid october a stone was already missing....
