They came out, retaped it, and assured us this had never happened before. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. Some time later, the AC stopped working again. This time, the tape on the main plenum access had completely come loose -- again, their work, same issue. I was not willing to have them back in my home, so I called our own HVAC technician. He charged first to come out and then again to fix what their faulty taping caused. Their response? That they would have come fix it for free under warranty. That is not accountability. The point is that the same failure happened twice, and at no point did anyone take genuine responsibility for the disruption or the $400 I paid out of pocket. Instead I got defensiveness and a critique of my contractor's invoice. I deeply regret selecting them. Choose a company that gets it right the first time.
