I thoroughly agree with all of the positive comments about Omer: Professional, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable. Great company, well-equipped, reasonably priced. I was a case-study in how NOT to maintain my dryer duct: It had been almost 20 years since it had been cleaned. We bought a new drier, which shut down due to restricted air flow. I had had a competitor come out the day before Omer's visit; while friendly, all they had was a hand-operated floppy brush more suited to HVAC ducts. They had no luck, and suggested I just move the dryer out to the garage and put in a new duct! Omer arrived with 2 different cameras, and a range of stiff brushes which he worked with his drill, in very tight spaces, and was finally able to dislodge what must have been a 10#, soaking wet mass of lint. He installed an upgraded flexible duct and a new outside duct cover, and cleaned everything up. I've learned my lesson: call Lady Bird out annually, and request Omer! read more

Very easy to schedule a chimney inspection and cleaning using yelp. They came out the next week. The inspector was on time and very knowledgeable regarding codes. He cleaed the chimney and repaired cracks in fireplace walls. He also provided an estimate to replace the chimney top that was leaking. Prices were very reasonable. I would use them again. read more

The customer service representative who took my call was very helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The technician also arrived on time and did a good job explaining the cleaning process. However, I would have appreciated clear before-and-after photos of the duct vent, both from the inside and outside. This would have allowed me to see and better understand the difference before and after the cleaning. The company was also slightly more expensive than some of the other options I considered. At this point, I'm not sure whether the additional cost was justified compared with the lower-priced alternatives. Providing detailed before-and-after photos would have helped demonstrate the value of the service. Overall, the customer service and professionalism were good, but I believe the company could do a better job documenting the results and demonstrating the value of the service. read more

This review is for the follow up customer service I received from Omer. I appreciate how he took accountability for the oversight of cleaning the roof portion of my dryer vent however, neither of them going in and getting the inside of the house portion. I'm very happy with the customer service I received and communication was excellent. I will not hesitate to use them in the future. read more

I am so glad we called Lady Bird Air. Omer came and did a stellar job. What we thought was only going to be a cleaning turned out to be a much bigger job that desperately needed to be done. Omer worked quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. read more

Showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. I will use them again next time.

Everything from start to finish was top notch. From the beginning they got back to me right away, answered all my questions, and when the technician arrived he explained everything. I only had our dryer vent cleaned and some hose replaced but he still went into the attic to inspect the line. The only thing I wish they would have done, was removed the lint filter and cleaned as well. But would definitely use again. read more

New house came with a fireplace which I didn't really know what to do with! Lady Bird Air Duct came out really quick, cleaned it up and taught me how to use it. Figured I'd have them look at the chimney while they were there and they found some damage and got it fixed. Never felt pressured to do the chimney, it was all very optional, but figured as it was a new house I'd start things off right! Excellent job and very friendly folks. read more

I had Omer out to my house today to perform a standard dryer vent duct cleaning. I noticed that drying clothes was taking quite some time! After thoroughly cleaning inside he let me know what was going on. It turns out the builder installed a grate on the roof where the damper is, and there was a complete clog and fire hazard! He cleaned everything diligently and was so thorough, showing me photos and letting me know what to look for in the future. I'll be having Lady Bird out every year moving forward for duct cleaning! I'd highly recommend them! read more

Excellent service. Omar was very thorough and explained the procedure before beginning. He used drop cloths and blankets and was just extremely neat in general. He did my ducts and swept the chimney. I thought I was going to have a much bigger mess on both projects, it was MUCH less messy than I thought it was going to be. Was dreading cleaning the entire house, as it was, just some spot cleaning and minimal at that. Highly recommend read more

Great experience overall. Omer did a really thorough dryer vent cleaning and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Super knowledgeable and helpful, and I learned a lot about the best way to maintain it going forward. Easy to work with and would definitely recommend. read more

Friendly technicians, cleaned up the vents/ducting in about an hour and a half. I would use them again!

Yesterday I had Lady Bird Home services clean my clothes dryer vent for a second time. I had an excellent experience both times from this wonderful family owned company. Omer was my tech each time and here on time. He is personable, respectful, informative and efficient. A real gentleman. He explained everything and left everything neat and clean when he was finished. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Can't wait to use this service in a year or so. Great job Lady Bird. I love this locally and family owned business! read more

Good service and clear communication overall from the representative. If needed, will hire again.

After reading all the great reviews I thought I found a reliable company Did not show for appointment or bother to call me back.

Great job. Prompt service. Dryer works much better after Lady Bird cleaned out my dryer vent. Thanks!

We purchased a new HVAC system last summer ( a little more than a year ago) for $25K. We went all in to ensure we had a great system and to fix the humidity in the house. I requested Lady Bird clean the vents because I want to take care of this investment. Omer told me that the HVAC is full of mold. To say I'm shook is an understatement. He showed me photos of the split box and vents covered in black-colored mold, explained the additional problems with bent ducts, and detailed what needs to happen to fix this mess. Basically, it all needs to be replaced. I'm beyond grateful to Omer for being meticulous and honest. He said he could clean the air ducts, but the mold will just come back. I only wish the well-known company that botched our top-of-the-line HVAC system had half of his integrity. Thank you, Omer, for giving me the information and photos I need to try and get this situation resolved. read more

Great service, great price. We had an issue with our dryer and they helped fix it, identified the cause of the problem, and told us how we could prevent it in the future. All at fair price compared to other vendors we looked at. read more

Wonderful experience. Will be using them every year to clean our dryer vent. Very efficient and easy to work with.

Did the job as quoted. Came on time . Friendly and communicative. Had my 2nd story dryer vent clean that went to the roof.

Above and beyond service and well worth the price! This local small business (and woman-owned) Lady Bird Air Duct and Maya and Omer turned a service that I typically dread into a very positive experience! Omer arrived on time, cleaned up the lint that was all over my washer and dryer, unclogged my dryer vent, blew the vent from the outside as well using a 2 story ladder, AND EVEN cleaned up after the job. Even wiped down my 2 story kitchen window where the lint cleaning had coated it. I cannot recommend them enough. Especially after having to deal with scammers in the past who publish $79 or $99 specials and then say your job is actually a $700 job. Unlike the scammers, they charge $169 + tax and earn every penny. What a breath of fresh air. Stop scrolling reviews and hire this company! read more

Lady Bird Home specialist is absolutely amazing. We had a lot of lint stuck in the back of our dryer, and they went above and beyond to help us out. 1. Quick Response Time - Maya took NO time to get back to us with pricing and dates 2. VERY communicative - the technician was running late due to unforeseen circumstances, and gave us direct, accurate communication about his ETA 3. HELPFUL - The technician did WAY more for us than we originally asked. He helped us move our washer and dryer because they were jutted out in the middle, and helped us do some dryer cleaning that wasn't originally quoted. A resounding 5 stars. Would use again! read more

Amazing quality of work. Great professionalism. Clear communication. Highly recommend this business.

I hired Lady Bird to clean my air ducts after contacting several other companies. They stood out from their competition because they provide transparent up-front pricing for each service they offer, they are priced lower than all of the other top-rated competitors, and their air duct service includes sanitizing whereas the other businesses I called had that as an add-on (if they even offered it at all). Scheduling was easy and they arrived on time, explained the process and even took photos throughout which were very enlightening and appreciated. They also used a new drop cloth underneath their equipment to protect my flooring and I didn't even have to ask! Overall, I was very pleased with their exceptional service and will only use and recommend Lady Bird for future duct cleaning needs. read more
