It's other address is 1 Ballpark Lane, which reflects my use of the building as a place to park for Reno Aces Home games. If you're a Courtyard guest, there are reserved parking spots on the lower floors. If you're hungry before the game there's restaurant and coffee shop options on the ground floor. Above the parking floors are office space floors (up to 12-15) of which I've noticed the outside signage. I assume that there's dedicated parking for them as well. From a pre-paid game-time parking perspective (I'm a partial season ticket holder), there's often a bit of line getting in, but it goes fast thanks to traffic guides that also help you cross the street on foot later. There are 4 banks of elevators to all floors (and stairs of course), which I've found handles the pre- and post-game load fairly well. Leaving is a breeze as I exit the structure, turn right, head straight to I-580/US 395, and continue home to Genoa. This lot also features the offsetting floor design and if you're lucky, you can cross over at a higher floor for better parking options.

On the webpage, there is a request that those waiting in this lot do not keep the engine running. I got a good laugh about that request in the winter or summer time when it is freezing or 100 degrees outside.

This used to be the best storage unit in Reno--it was the most affordable, the staff was very friendly, and it was convenient to pay online. Unfortunately, it was sold about a year ago to new owners based out of Roseville. They jacked up the prices by 25%, they ask you to pay by check (as if it's 1995), and only recently did they make payment by Paypal available (for a $3/month fee!). The units are infested with rodents, to which the new owners respond by telling tenants to set mouse traps. There is no lighting provided in the units, either. Oh, and there isn't a dumpster anywhere in sight. Just to be clear, these new owners raised the rates to a ridiculously high amount, they instituted a fee to pay online (the previous owners did not charge you for paying via Paypal), the units are rodent infested (but the elevated rates don't help this matter in the least), there is no lighting in the units, and there's nowhere to put your trash. All the new owners care about is collecting your money, full stop. DO NOT RENT HERE. They might argue that they've used the increased rents to pay for a keypad gate system (instead of paying an actual employee to work there). Granted, this is a step up from the goon they had walking around harassing tenants to verify that they were up to date on payments. Extremely intrusive. Bottom line: this place is the *worst*, the owners are greedy, exploitative, and your belongings will be ruined by rodents.

As we are living in New Zealand, good communication and a fair price made this a easy choice. What made it even better was the friendly on-site staff and convenient location to the Budget Truck rental depot as well as other important post Burning Man stops. Update for 2014: Linden Mini Storage is actually a UHaul dealer so you can sort out storage and transport all from one Burning Man friendly place.

One of my favorite things about this location is that it's almost never crowded. I don't feel rushed, I can take my time, and everything is always working properly. The equipment is reliable, the space feels clean, and I always feel safe while I'm there. The best part though? They play music and it's actually good music. It makes the whole experience way more fun than you'd expect from a car wash. It's in a convenient location, it's affordable, and I can usually get my entire car done for $10 or less. While I occasionally go to the full service places, I honestly prefer doing it myself. There's something really calming and satisfying about it.
