Park Center Tower is located along the Truckee River and directly across from Reno's Greater Nevada…read moreField and directly next to the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. It's other address is 1 Ballpark Lane, which reflects my use of the building as a place to park for Reno Aces Home games. If you're a Courtyard guest, there are reserved parking spots on the lower floors. If you're hungry before the game there's restaurant and coffee shop options on the ground floor. Above the parking floors are office space floors (up to 12-15) of which I've noticed the outside signage. I assume that there's dedicated parking for them as well. From a pre-paid game-time parking perspective (I'm a partial season ticket holder), there's often a bit of line getting in, but it goes fast thanks to traffic guides that also help you cross the street on foot later. There are 4 banks of elevators to all floors (and stairs of course), which I've found handles the pre- and post-game load fairly well. Leaving is a breeze as I exit the structure, turn right, head straight to I-580/US 395, and continue home to Genoa. This lot also features the offsetting floor design and if you're lucky, you can cross over at a higher floor for better parking options.

Over 4hrs of being inside bathrooms never got touch and were filthy eating are got cleaned around the 4th hour but was dirty when I 1st arrived, so not sure how long it was that way but at least it finally got cleaned unlike the bathroom. The manager with the unprofessional hair clip, go home. I understand that it happens but to wear that, be at work with your attitude, just stay home the customers and staff don't need to deal with the attitude. If you don't want to, don't wear it. It's unprofessional and deters everyone and you're supposed to be the support the customers and staff need, but based on the state of the store it's understandable why it was the way it was. My only compliment and the reason for the 3 star, would have been a 1 instead, was the 3 employees at Arby's and Godfathers, I didn't get any of their name. First the 2 young gentleman at Arby's were great to watch. They kept busy and had amazing teamwork helping where needed. Secondly the young lady at Godfathers. I think was here at the start of her shift and my word I don't think she even had time to breathe. It seemed that the person before her left everything for her. Her customer service was amazing throughout it all, smile on her face and respectful. Literally if she wasn't cooking she was cleaning. She also made one of the best pizzas I have had from one of the godfathers! These 3 employees were just amazing to watch the teamwork they all had and work ethic were exemplary.

RAT INFESTED: say goodbye to your belongings that you paid too much to store in the first place…read more Nota bene: The high ratings for this place were for a time when the storage units were under previous ownership, and the previous, awesome owners have been replaced by the rentier bourgeois of the worst kind. This used to be the best storage unit in Reno--it was the most affordable, the staff was very friendly, and it was convenient to pay online. Unfortunately, it was sold about a year ago to new owners based out of Roseville. They jacked up the prices by 25%, they ask you to pay by check (as if it's 1995), and only recently did they make payment by Paypal available (for a $3/month fee!). The units are infested with rodents, to which the new owners respond by telling tenants to set mouse traps. There is no lighting provided in the units, either. Oh, and there isn't a dumpster anywhere in sight. Just to be clear, these new owners raised the rates to a ridiculously high amount, they instituted a fee to pay online (the previous owners did not charge you for paying via Paypal), the units are rodent infested (but the elevated rates don't help this matter in the least), there is no lighting in the units, and there's nowhere to put your trash. All the new owners care about is collecting your money, full stop. DO NOT RENT HERE. They might argue that they've used the increased rents to pay for a keypad gate system (instead of paying an actual employee to work there). Granted, this is a step up from the goon they had walking around harassing tenants to verify that they were up to date on payments. Extremely intrusive. Bottom line: this place is the *worst*, the owners are greedy, exploitative, and your belongings will be ruined by rodents.

We contacted a number of storage places to find a location to store out gear for Burning Man…read more Linden Mini storage was immediately very helpful with advice and answered all my questions quickly. As we are living in New Zealand, good communication and a fair price made this a easy choice. What made it even better was the friendly on-site staff and convenient location to the Budget Truck rental depot as well as other important post Burning Man stops. Update for 2014: Linden Mini Storage is actually a UHaul dealer so you can sort out storage and transport all from one Burning Man friendly place.
