The DON and administrator do not know how to professionally speak to the staff. They are always short. They don't follow protocol at the facility. They have LPNs as supervisors which is out of their scope of practice. Only a RN can supervise. The state has been called and made aware of this. Some patients need to have 2 aids as part of their care but there aren't always enough aids to do this, which is a danger to the patient. Therefore, jeopardizing the license of that CNA. They just had a number of morning CNAs put in their resignation at the same time. It's just not a safe place to work.
