Great pizza and cold brew with the nicest people running the place. They have remodeled the inside. Also a great place to watch the game.

Great Food Indoor and outdoor seating…read moreIncredible beer menu We made a stop here late in the day for some food and we were shocked how FANTASTIC the food was. Rarely do you find a spot that has great beer and great food, but Backslope does both But if you read my reviews, you know I like to steer you through the menu, at least what we tried. Foreman's Stout - full bodied, delicious. Ginger/Lemonade - refreshing, sooooo GOOD. House Fries - sliced as chips, but so good. Hummus - great consistency, but needed some citrus to finish it off. Still good, but I am picky about hummus. Tzatziki sauce - incredible, delicious, get this. Pecan Salad with Chicken - HOLY SMOKES, my wife loved this dish. She made me come back another time just so she vould have it again. Gyro Platter - light on the chicken, but really delicious. It was enough for two or more meals. Gyro - so full I could not fit it into my mouth. But enough for two. Really great find,

Easily the best burger of our trip. The fries and fry sauce were also great, and the beer selection was solid. My husband especially liked the Leiwand beer, while I loved the ginger lemonade. We came back a second time and split the fish and chips. They were also very good, although the burger was still our favorite. Definitely worth a stop, and clearly worth a return visit.

You know that moment when you're starving after hiking all day in Glacier Park and "why not try…read morePizza Hut" turns into a legit fun detour? That was me--ready for something easy, comfy, and, well, not fine dining gear-up. Here's my breakdown: 1. Hawaiian pizza -- unexpectedly tasty. Sweet pineapple, savory ham--totally earned 5 stars. 2. Restroom cleanliness -- I won't lie, it's meh. Gotta give it 3 stars, just keeping it real. 3. Music -- guess what? It was my personal jam playlist. That alone gets 5 stars from me. 4. Server game -- chilled vibes, no extra fluff, just smooth and friendly. Easily a solid 4.5 stars. 5. Floors -- could've been cleaner, so let's call it 3 stars there. All that said, compared to other park-side fast-food joints, this one actually stands out. I saw a few reviewers mention friendly service and clean(ish) spots around Montana's locations . This joint picks up where others kinda drop off. Bottom line: You want something quick, warm, and just kind of feel-good after hiking? Rocketing yourself into 5-star territory? You're basically there with the pizza and playlist vibes. Just needs a little scrub-up and boom -- perfect detour.

We were "helped" by an older woman named Robin, and her customer service was honestly some of the worst I've ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, she clearly had no interest in acknowledging us. We stood at the counter and politely called out to her several times, and she literally kept her back turned to us, ignoring us like we weren't even there. When she finally did come over, there was no greeting, no basic courtesy, nothing. Just attitude. When it came time to pay, she tossed the card machine toward us right as the tip screen popped up, which felt really passive-aggressive and unprofessional. On top of that, she kept giving us dirty looks, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and awkward. I completely understand that people have long days and get tired, but basic respect and manners are not optional when you're working with customers. Being ignored, treated like an inconvenience, and then given attitude on top of it is unacceptable. Because of this experience with Robin, I honestly don't feel like coming back to this location. Management needs to address this - no customer should be treated that way.

We started with the appetizer special, a pear and feta salad, then split the bison short ribs and shared the lemon blueberry tart for dessert. I would happily go back for any one of those dishes. Our server was excellent. I believe his name was Eric, and he made the experience even better. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

We arrived shortly after six on a Monday evening, easily found parking and, while about half the tables were full, we were seated quickly. Our waiter was kind but seemed nervous, reading the specials from a note pad. We started with sourdough and an order of calamari (yes, I know there isn't fresh squid within a hundred miles, it's one of our "always order to see what's up" dishes). Bread came out quickly with olive oil, balsamic, and some minced garlic - quite nice. A few minutes later, calamari - lightly breaded, perfectly fried, and a bit bland. It felt like they'd perfectly executed their vision, but it could've used a bit more seasoning to my taste. No tarter or other sauce, but a half lemon and some pickled sweet peppers. I ordered the bison burger and my wife went with the walleye. My burger was medium rare, as ordered, but the bottom bun was soggy and everything was buried in the thinly sliced red onion. It was fine but sadly forgettable other than having to slurp slices of onion after each bite. My wife raved about her walleye though, basically describing it as elevated nostalgia. It took her back to days of fishing on the lake with her family as a girl, but perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. We finished with an espresso crème brûlée, which took about 20 minute after our meal to arrive. Apparently the chef was newer and accidentally put pistachios on the brûlée, as we got the last espresso and the next batch was pistachio flavored. We didn't mind, but it had the thickest crust I've ever seen on a brûlée - probably an eighth inch thick. It took two solid whacks to break through and was so thick it felt more like a burnt caramel. The crème itself was lovely but, as someone who prepared hundreds of brûlées in an earlier job and has eaten many since, it was sadly overshadowed by far too much sugar on top. It was an overall pleasant experience but honestly I owe much of that to the company of my wife. If we go back, the only thing we'd reorder is the sourdough to start. My wife loved her fish but still said she'd try something else next time.
