Starbucks coffee in room and breakfast is included with the room. Decent breakfast choices. Waffles, eggs, bacon etc. They also have a dinner restaurant that I haven't been to yet. Decent reviews. Gym is small but nice also. Small pool too. My one issue is the wifi. It's basically hit and miss. If your above the second floor and on the edges of the hotel it's non-existent. I was on the second floor right over the lobby for my last stay and it still disconnected several times an hour and speeds were awful. I mentioned this when checking out and I was told they would mention it. I said I've mentioned it before and nothing seems to be happening with it. She said that they can't do anything else and that it was to do what I ith the servers......ok, Hmmm. I thought wifi was sent from your provider and it came into your building through a modem that then sent the signals out thru the router. Now they have complete mesh systems that can cover thousands of square feet. They need to get on the ball with this. Working in my room was not an option and I had to attend video calls. Lastly it would be nice to be able to get a late checkout once in a while, essentially when they only have a few handful of guests.

They went above and beyond. They let us party in the pool and have drinks all hours (the pool is not close to rooms so non-issue). When we couldn't get the lightning cord we brought to connect to the TV they gave us their own TV and let us use their Netflix, popped popcorn for us when we burnt ours in the microwave, gave us late check out and when I lost my charger to my heart rate monitor they found it and mailed it back the next day! Even with convid restrictions of no hot tub or hot breakfast this place was well worth it with grill outside, huge pool and walking distance to a complementary 24/7 snap fitness, grocery stores and fast food restaurants. They will have my business each and every year I return!!

The next night as we were falling asleep, we noticed four more crawling across the floor towards us. Killed them, sat in bed for a second, looked again and saw two more! Killed them and headed to the front desk to request a different room. Got that room, which had a leak in the sink that dripped while we tried sleeping. But as this was again late at night, we popped in some earplugs and went to sleep. The best part about it? They offered NOTHING as an apology/refund.

Great spot for a business traveler or someone (like me) who is visiting family. Very friendly staff. The hotel also has a small indoor pool, fire pit, two huge grills, and a well equipped gym. Location is right next to a a nice paved walking trail and downtown West Bend. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Only downside was the breakfast was pretty weak and had few options. Other than that, great choice for this area. Highly recommended.

Yes, the bed and sheets were clean--but that's where the good news ends. There was urine on the bathroom floor, a filthy chair, a badly stained tub, broken security latch, barely-attached smoke detector, and furniture falling apart. (Pics to prove it.)( I did clean bathroom myself) Reported it to Choice Hotels, and despite sending photos, they claimed they couldn't confirm my stay--so they dismissed my complaint. Do better, Choice Hotels. This was unacceptable. #HotelFail #TravelWarning
